The app works fantastically and Mantasha and Vatsal Ranjan are extremely helpful. Without asking Mantasha mapped all of our variants properly so all we had to do was publish our products and when I had an issue with variant images Vatsal quickly came to the rescue. I highly recommend this app. :) Quick update: Had an issue today I needed help figuring out and Abhilash was more than helpful. Very helpful developer and an awesome app! Update: Needed to remove old products from the app today and Shubham was fantastic in helping me out. Responded within seconds and had the task completed within a few minutes. Thanks again guys!

Excellent app, quick setup, easy to navigate, great customer support. You can use the free version if you have less than 10 products and less than 10 orders per month.

I'm having constant errors with my product variants and the customer support takes FOREVER to get back to you. Running into error after error and not being able to sell my items is having a negative impact on my business. The product variants are uploaded correctly and show correctly but when purchased they all say the same variant. My variant inventory also isn't updating. I'm going to have to swap to a different app, paying for this app is literally like me burning my money.

Nice useful app for the inventory management as well as the ease of creating listings....recomend to create listing on etsy and then import to shopify

I've been using this app for more than a year now and love it. I wouldn't say the app is always intuitive to use, but the customer service via online chat is excellent...very quick to respond. Every time I've reached out, they've helped me solve my problem within minutes (never more than 30)! The app itself is an incredible time saver. I recommend it to anyone hosting two shops (Shopify & Etsy) at once.

It works! Great customer service. We uploaded products from our Shopify store over to Etsy. Then after we tweaked and optimized the product pages for Etsy, and ran our campaign, we got orders. Orders were automatically copied over to our Shopify store and completed there automatically. Now, we are waiting for our orders to update in Shopify and then update in Etsy accordingly. But everything else is working so far as it should. Save yourself the hassle of doing extra work in Etsy. You can do it all in Shopify to simplify your e-com processes.
