At first this integration app has boosted our sales like crazy, but we ended up having to delete it because it has too many problems. The syncing didn't work properly and refunds weren't showing properly in our sales reports. The technical support team was very responsive which was great but wasn't able to fix things for us in a way that worked efficently for us so we spent way too much time on the chat with them. This app is a great idea in theory but is too buggy to be useful for us.

We LOVE this app! Black Friday alone paid for the integration many times over! Amazing support, even on Xmas eve!

I appreciate this app, it makes my life a lot easier running both Etsy and Shopify. I recently had an issue with product variants not being created from Shopify to Etsy and the support team was super helpful. Issue was resolved the same day! Thank you very much

I wanted to sync my ShineOn POD products from Shopify to Etsy and this app seems to be the only one that can do that per the ShineOn guidance. I installed the app and was overwhelmed with the templates and info needed. The product did not sync quite right the first time so I contacted support Chat who right away started fixing the issues of the variants to coming through on Etsy. In a few minutes he had it all worked out. So FIVE STAR support like the other reviews mentioned. If you have ANY issue with this app, just start a chat right away and don't waste your time trying to figure it out - is my advice. Update: Jan 2021, I had issues with the customization and personalization fields going from Etsy to Shopify to the vendor. Mr. Roy on the CED chat helped me out and got it all working in a very short amount of time. Extremely helpful and top notch service! Five stars without question.

I really like this app but it's not user friendly and has taken me quite a while to learn the process. However, their customer service is top notch and always available to help and help quickly.

It takes a minute to learn the app, but it's do-able and customer service has been super. Always available and so far have always solved my issues.

The app feeds orders from Etsy well into Shopify, which is very useful especially if you’re managing your inventory on Shopify. The customer service is also stellar. I usually contact them via whatsapp, and the average response time has been...3min! How can you not love them!

I just started using the app and am one who doesn't like to read directions. I kind of wing it and I got stuck this weekend. utkarsh helped me immediatly via chat and solved my problems for me quickly. With Black Friday around the corner I am beyond grateful and relieved. 5 stars for Sure and 10 for service. Update 12/21/20 - I continue to be pleased with the immediate service and the level of help I receive - I wish there were some things I could do my self, but I grateful for the always prompt responses.

Been working for a year with this app. It was a little complicated in the start, but once you get the hang of it it works perfectly. I am especially happy with the online help by chat that is immediate, very friendly and effective.

I have been using this app for one full year now the integration form Etsy is 100% stable, without disconnection or any other type of issues, it runs seamless and smoothly I do not even have to open the app dash never ever since the orders load directly into my order panel. Once fulfilled the orders they automatically fulfill them at Etsy too with the tracing info and everything. Form all the apps I have used this one is the most stable and the one I've got the longest and I will keep using for as long as I need to import from Etsy Today I chose my new yearly plan and customer service was amazing helping me decide which one was the best for my business. Thank you so so much!

this app is so stunning! we are a well established etsy store but still have many problems when finding a suitable app to organize our orders. But this marketplace fulfill all our needs. thank you!

Re their reply: We did not look for a discount. They offered one! We agreed and asked or nothing other than a refund. Why? Because the app was rubbish. Shopify arranged the refund. Avoid this app! The app promises a refund. But after weeks of waiting still no refund. Just told to 'hold on'. Shopify agreed to refund. But then the app makers charged me again! Please avoid this app. After days of waiting, talking to support, waiting and waiting and waiting and it is still not fully working. Glitchy. And unconvincing. Support is largely clueless. Every time we try to load an item the app logs us out and asks if we want to install it. Support says wait. 9 hours later --- still waiting. Avoid this app. A total waste of time and money. It is not fit for purpose. Dire. no stars! Update: it gets worse. I sell prints. The app says it replicates everything on my site and in shopify. Wrong. It does not show sizes. So no-one can see how large the print is. The app people did not tell me that before I paid. Everything about this app is disappointing. It has taken them 7 days to tell me that latest error. 7 days of talking and asking questions. Really bad form. and the info drips out only after they have taken your money.

This app functions extremely well. You really have to know how Etsy works to use this app. You also need to take time to study this app itself. Once you are comfortable using this app, you would not want to stop using it, because it works very well. It amazes me how seamlessly it syncs my products from Shopify.
