I just used this app to upload all of my shopify products into an etsy store and it was very easy. So far so good

Would give zero stars if possible. Wanted to integrate our shopify and etsy shops but when we tried we could only sync 48 of our 68 listings and when we tried to fix that issue 14 of our listings were completely deleted from our etsy store. Not only did they delete, but we are a company with over 250 sales per day, and lost all database info of how many favorites each item had. Nobody could give us a complete answer as to what the issue was. When I tried to repost my deleted listings I received an error code and nobody could tell me what it meant. the only thing anyone could do was forward the issue to the next person. I am still waiting to hear a solution so I can fix the problem and move on. the app is very difficult to navigate and I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone with more than 5 listings and any variables. It seems as though this app can't handle the volume that our shop was doing and the integration part obviously doesn't apply to the formatting of your listing descriptions. overall just not well put together. We have lost all of our individual ratings for those 14 listings and we will never be able to get those back. Losing out on any sales is detrimental to a small business especially during a pandemic, but this is completely ridiculous. In the end, we were offered 2 more free weeks to try the program, but we absolutely cannot "try" software/apps that should work upon first install.

Support team is fantastic. Seriously. They are always available to help answer questions and give advice on the best methods for setting up the etsy syncing.

This app is so buggy, it's constantly having issues. If I could do it again I would invest in a 3rd party inventory management system like Ordoro. Eventually I'll make time to do the switch so I don't have to deal with these constant errors.

This app is fantastic for migrating your products from Shopify and onto Etsy. The customer service staff is on point and ready to help with all of your questions. I have never waited for a reply. Highly recommended

support is amazing and has the best integration I've experienced with Etsy. A+ product!! I'm not a tech wiz and this was easy to integrate in less than an hour total time

The app is ok overall. I have a lot of products that I need to sync, which takes a while when syncing in bulk. There is also not a way to remove products ones it synced with an app unless support is involved. The support is very responsive and helpful.

Best app for Shopify. The app makes very easy to syncing from Shopify to Etsy. You don't have to do anything manually. Plus, support team helps you with every step and this makes process easier. I had an Etsy store that I was using to sell a limited overstock inventory that I had from my main site store. I decided that Etsy was a good enough market for my brand to try this Etsy Integration App. I am so sorry I waited to install this App. I can't even imagine the lost sales from not installing this App sooner. Jason from customer support went ABOVE AND BEYOND in his stellar customer service helping me to navigate through the listing upload and product syncing. Yesterday was the first full day with all of my products on Etsy. My visits and views TRIPLED! I set up Etsy coupons for all the new products. I am fully confident that I will have a sale using this new App within the next few days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Bryan

Just started using this app a few days ago. The customer support by Utkarsh has been extremely useful. He was extremely timely and thorough with the help I needed. The app itself has a lot of useful features to maintain ease of information flow between Shopify and Etsy. I highly recommend using this app if you are looking for an Etsy integration with Shopify.

It's a really good app. It's cut down the time taken to upload new listings to Etsy and helps me to keep track of the published status of my listings on Etsy. I have about 400 different listings and was struggling to use another app, as it was time-consuming uploading new listings. It brings through your orders into your shopify store, which I find helpful. The support from the staff is excellent, they help you immediately and understand your needs. I haven't found the documentation very helpful as it doesn't tell you much more than the app itself. I've therefore needed to ask for help from the staff, but they are really knowledgeable and always sort it out.

Game changer.... Brings Etsy orders into shopify quickly and easily. The order can then be brought into Quickbooks and Inventory software automatically. Allows you to use Shopify Shipping on Etsy orders. They also have GREAT support. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you're tired of manually entering orders!

Mantasha helped me great support: Very easy to interrogate with Etsy with a click of a button all of your items will be synced from Shopify to Etsy or vise versa :D
