I love this app! I have been looking for an app that would keep the correct inventory on Etsy and this one does it! I would recommend this app to anyone who runs an Etsy store and a Shopify store. Linking the products is super easy.

The app synchronizes orders and products very well, but the main point of the app is the support: they always provide immediate support and help with any issues I may have on the sync.

The app works well. They also have a good chat/support option on the sales channel which is helpful. CED gives good support if any issues arise.

I agree with the comments about the great customer support. Im a bit of a technophobe (and did not have an Etsy store before downloading the app) but the support is lightning quick and super helpful (and patient...). I got 5 orders in my 7 day trial, despite only having 10 items in my store. Will join a plan and hope for more! UPDATE! 6 months later and this is still a great app, with one of the best app supports around!

Wow this app is Amazing. Customer service, is there is help you around the clock. They will fix what ever problem you run into your store. I'm beginning to love this app. Definitely worth downloading this application for Shopify for those that have an Etsy account. Thumbs up Thank you

very quick and easy to integrate, and you can update things in etsy using a csv import so very little manual work. the staff have been really helpful on whatsapp so far, talking me through everything step by step.

The app can be fiddly and difficult to understand initially but they have an excellent, on hand support team who will talk you through any issues. They can also help fix issues on the back end which has saved me hours

It's not easy to use. I uploaded 300 listings and only 68 were successful. The ring sizes are all displayed in color, which is more complicated than my own uploading. To be honest, I will not try this APP even it's for free. Cost me $ 60 and I deleted it in just one day.If I am satisfied, $ 600 a month is not a problem, very disappointed.It ’s all your fault, it ’s nothing to do with SHOPIFY

I cannot tell you how relieved I am to find this app (CEDCommerce Etsy Integration). We run a successful store on Etsy, but had to disable the store due to the cumbersome process of manually listing hundreds of our products and SKU's thereof from Shopify to Etsy and thereafter manual stock correction and inventory management on a daily basis. I have been looking for an app for this for years, and even tried using Sellbrite in the past, but that app only allowed one way sync and half automation is as good and no automation. The CEDCommerce Etsy Integration app is simple, very thoughtfully designed and works perfectly with no bugs. However, what has truly been the highlight is their outstanding support team. I was lucky to be assisted by Ms Shivalika Dev who went out of her way to promptly assist me with every little query of mine. She had a genuine interest in ensuring that my business on Etsy should be successful. Her technical knowledge, courtesy were exceptional and unbelievably prompt. I have dealt with many customer support teams over the years, but this team represented by Ms Shivalika Dev was by far the best customer support I have experienced every. Thank you for going out of your way to deliver an incredible product and even more incredible support. I and sure you will grow rapidly to be a leader in your field if you keep performing this way. Recommended app for new Etsy sellers. There is only one issue that I have not been able to fix. But overall is a good app

I will give this app 5 stars. I've been using this app for almost 1 year + and I would say that it has helped streamline my etsy orders over to my shopify site smoothly. When I needed helped there has always been someone to help me solve the problem I was having quickly. I have tried to leave to go to other apps on shopify that claims they sync orders and update inventory from Etsy to shopify for cheaper pricing, but I keep coming back to etsy marketplace it still the best hands down. Only thing I would say can be annoying is when a product is out of stock the order will not transfer over to shopify and I have to go into Etsy to see if there are any orders that didn't import and fullfill those through etsy, but that is about 1% of the orders so I just do the extra step.

I downloaded this app TWICE thinking it was exactly what I needed. Talked to customer support several times, and they assured me that when something is ordered from Etsy, it also syncs on Shopify. THAT IS NOT THE CASE. It will automatically pull the inventory numbers from Shopify and apply them to Etsy, which completely screwed up my inventory numbers and had customers buying things that weren't actually in stock. Not a good app, and it makes NO SENSE for it to only sync one way, especially for people that sell on the two platforms. Very disappointed and I wasted a lot of time trying to make this work. Don't bother.
