For etsy - its a bit expensive and more manual then desired but it works. Regarding their policy of emailing me spam, not a huge fan. On their privacy policy they claim "You could also unsubscribe to the email services of CedCommerce by clicking on the unsubscription link provided at the bottom of the email." but no such link exists. I wish they would respect my privacy and not send me junk like "[1 Day To Go] Live Webinar on Business Growth in Crisis | Experts from Google & CedCommerce".

I was looking for an app that would sync my orders, tracking numbers, and inventory levels to Etsy. Orders syncing was relatively easy, just a matter of linking products. Inventory syncing, however, was a nightmare. Two things that speak to the lack of confidence I have in this product: 1. SKUs are mapped between Etsy and Shopify using the names of the variants rather than SKU numbers. This means that the name of the Variant needs to be exactly the same across both platforms. For example, if you sell Small, Medium, and Large on Shopify and you decide that you want to use Size Small, Size Medium, and Size Large as the variant names in Etsy this app will break. 2. There's no way for me to say "make Etsy the source of truth for these fields and make Shopify the source of truth for these other fields." The way fields are mapped and which direction they're updated in is obfuscated away from the user and distributed across a variety of "Profiles" and "Templates" which are used to translate configuration into what's happening under the hood. Additionally, the app deleted one of my Etsy listings. One of the "syncing" features triggers a delete on the Etsy side. I don't know why they have this feature. I deal with this kind of software daily and this app is so confusing that I would not have been able to set it up without significant support. I gave 1 bonus star because their customer service did the implementation for me and they're always available

Great customer support. Super friendly and beneficial. Shivalika walked a non-tech keep owner via the manner effectively. I discovered the way to make product profiles, add and replace new products, and update current gadgets from my Etsy keep, We rather advise it. An abosolute nightmare! Where do I start... I have almost 300 listings in etsy and used this app to transfer my listings over and then had my inventory synced. ( sounds great right? ) -This app deleted over 100 of listings on etsy.. OVER 100!!!! poof gone. It was beyond upsetting to try and get them back. They blamed etsy..... which was not the case at all. As soon as I "synced" my products for the first time it happened. so that was a complete disaster. Etsy was able to find all my deleted listings and pull them back ( thank god for etsy! ) I decided to keep moving forward with this app in hopes that, that was just a one time thing. After spending over 2 days worth of work on changing my titles and descriptions on all my listings on shopify, I had to create catalog in the app for my product to actually work... well once I did. ALL MY 2 days work ERASED and was completely reset to the original description and titles on all my 300 listings. At this point I felt like I had done so much research and invested SOOO much time into this app, that something had to give.. and had to work for me once I got everything set up. Everything was up and running after those major disasters, and from the moment I started using this app for syncing inventory and stock IT DOES NOT WORK. I am spending double the time I should be going back and forth between shopify stock and etsy stock to MAKE SURE THIS APP is pulling the inventory out when something sells on etsy! When I manually change the inventory on shopify it NEVER changes on etsy. Its a MESS! ( the app is NOT doing its job ) A complete mess. Its happening almost every 2nd day, and I feel like a babysitter. I have to manually watch the app MYSELF to make sure its working.. and its always not. I am over selling my product, having to tell customers sorry we dont have that... I continually have to reach out to the support team to fix the app ALL THE TIME. ( they are probably sick of me too! ) I am so over this, and sick about how much of my time I have wasted. The team is very friendly and kind but the app itself is a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. Please do not try this app, I promise you it will make your life extremely stressful every day you use it. I do NOT want anyone to go through what I am currently going through and have been through with this app, its made my life and business a disaster and by NO MEANS easier at all. ** Update. 3 weeks later. Woke up in the morning and 94 listings were INACTIVE on my etsy acount!! GONE, LOST MONEY. My inventory was all over the place and still isnt matching. I cant believe im paying this app to LOSE money/sales. literally speachless.

We just completed the account with CED commmerce to link with Etsy and it is very user friendly with support 24/7. Price is very reasonable too. Support from utkarsh was excellent!

This is the best Shopify to Etsy app I've used. Before this app, I was trying out other apps that were expensive or not user friendly or doing everything manually. Like anything, there's a bit of a learning curve but highly recommend.

I am sure it would be a great resource if I could work it, but it is far too complicated to set up and understand what is happening for my. old creatives brain. I did not understand the videos either. I have too many sales right now to risk loosing track of purchases or not know exactly what is going on. I need to keep it simple to avoid bad reviews. This app is not simple. However, if you have a tech mind it may be a big help. Wish I could have made it work and understood what was happening with my linking and sale process.

I initially tried this app for the 10 day trial around 6 months ago. It seemed complicated & a little expensive, although I loved the promise it made. I have 1000's of products on Shopify but NO time to list everything individually on Etsy!! That said, I decided to go for it after not finding anything else that would fit my requirements. Unfortunately the price had gone up, but after speaking to Shubham, I had a little discount and I bought it straight away, big gold star there! I'll be honest, I'm not hugely computer literate, and I did find some of the initial syncing of items difficult (they weren't syncing) so I did have to manually sync the items I had on Etsy to my shopify products, but once that was done, it was all systems go! Profiling products is a little bit time consuming, but once done, you can just let it ride If it wasn't for the excellent, prompt replies and polite customer service on live chat, this app would have had 3/4 stars. But it gets the 5 for the time the team took to talk me through the issues I was having, screen shotting step by steps, and even calling me to make sure I was getting what I needed out the app. Thanks everyone!! It's good, no great, for getting your stuff from Shopify to Etsy, just a little confusing at times, as it's another system to learn to use Within a few hours of syncing new products, I had my first sale through Etsy using this app! Very impressed!. It takes around 30 minutes to update from Etsy to Shopify, but stock is adjusted and you can fulfil/add tracking to orders from there and it does it on Etsy for you. So overall I'm really pleased I took the decision to get this app

This is the right app if you want to sync your shopify store with etsy. It is easy to use, does a perfect sync, works very well, automatically. It takes a lot of headache away. Syncs your pictures prices everything at a touch of a button. Very easy to use. If you get stuck ask their customer service, ask for Mantasha, she will help you out and follow up as well to see if your problem has been resolved. I have listed 800+ items on etsy synced with this app. Flawlessly! Dont waste your time with other apps, i tried one and nothing was happening. This is the right app for you if you want to sync your shopify store to etsy. I am very happy with it. They also send a notification to your shopify store that an item has been sold, so easy. So you dont have to keep on checking etsy all the time. The notification comes as an order with address etc.. to ship to. Hope this will help you if you are trying to decide which app.

The set up for this app was very easy and straight forward. As soon as I logged in, pop up chat window appears, and a virtual associate if there is anything the team can help me with. I had a few question, but the associate, Utkarsh, helped me go throught the process which saved me a lot of time. The only concern I have is the cost of $30 US of the monthly subscription after a 7 day trial period. Other than that, it seems to be a great app and the support is very impressive.
