This app is a lifesaver. It really allowed us to automate selling on ETSY. Shopify is our main platform so tracking inventory across both platforms was a pain until this app! Customer support spent 3 hours helping us get everything set up and the post-sales support is amazing. He's messaged us several times to make sure everything is working properly. I've never seen customer support like this and this app is a lifesaver. I highly recommend anyone selling on ETSY and Shopify to download this app! It will save you hours of work and money well spent!

Simply the best app I have ever used, and I have used quite a few. The perfect way to integrate with Etsy and their customer support is beyond anything I have ever experienced. They are there 24/7 and have ALWAYS been there and have gone out of their way to solve my problem in a fast , courteous and professional way. I recently had a major problem with my Etsy listings which was my fault. This was nothing minor. It affected thousands of my listings and I thought I would have to close my Etsy store which I have worked years on. I honestly thought no one would be able to solve it. They worked several days on my issue which was more than I ever expected, and they solved my problem. Most other companies would have told me there was nothing they could do but their team was diligent and I couldn't be more happy. They literally saved my business and I cant say enough about the positive experience I have had with the app and the team who manages it. 5 stars is just not enough. My experience with CED has been 100% positive and I am a totally satisfied customer

The application is perfect to me. It has provided the ease to bring the products from my Shopify and list them on Etsy. I'd surely recommend the application as it will definitely be helpful to the sellers who want to grow their business. This application is great on the off chance that you are running an Etsy shop and a Shopify site. My fundamental issue was to monitor the stock on the two stages when something was sold and in the wake of introducing this application, I never again stress over it. It is a little hustle from the start to synchronize everything (making SKU's for everything and connection items) and to see how the application functions however once everything is set, it is running easily. Client support is a standout amongst other I had. Answers in seconds at whatever point I required them and accommodating. They give you the alternative of Skype them however there was no compelling reason to since they are constantly online to visit with.

I installed this app about 5 months ago, at that time I already had both my Etsy & Shopify stores doing quite well, making sales everyday!! But the main issue was the amount of manual work that had to be done was overwhelming. I would be staying up late hours just do fill out basic information that I knew had to be automated. I was searching for an integration app on Shopify that would actually work! I tried a few other apps and paid services but nothing would come close to this app. Starting with this app may be confusing in the beginning bc you have to actually learn how to use it. It will not take one day or one hour. YOU WON'T LEARN EVERYTHING AT ONCE. But then I asked to their support about my queries, concern, problems or any small doubt related to the app & with their help it seems quite easy. Frankly speaking its tooks me about 7-10 days to understand the app completely on my own. BUT THIS APP IS SAVING ME TENS OF HOURS!! My favorite part of this app is that it will automate all those attributes you spend hours on inserting into each product. You create profiles for each category and it saves hours. Everything can be done within the app. I expanded my product listings from 120 products to over 1000+. In Return I 10x my sales! You just need to give some time and focus on this app & believe me this will save all your time that you are wasting manually uploading one by one. Oh, and make you a lot more money!

This app is excellent if you are running an Etsy shop and a Shopify website. My main problem was to keep track of the inventory on both platforms when something was sold and after installing this app, I no longer worry about it. It is a little hustle at first to synchronize everything (creating SKU's for everything and link products) and to understand how the app works but once everything is set, it is running smoothly. Customer service is one of the best I ever had. Replies in seconds whenever I needed them and very helpful. They provide you the option of Skype them but there was no need to since they are always online to chat with.

I'd started a trial period of the Etsy Marketplace Integration from CedCommerce yesterday. I've connected 50 listings on Etsy together with their support girl . She offered me to connect subscribe Plan with charging card if I wish to connect more 50 listings, but I've decided to try it before... By the end of the day, their software deleted!!! all >50 SKUs in 3 of my 50 listings on Etsy leaving only these marks: ced_2360758796298 - in listing 1 ced_2494337024010 - in listing 2 ced_21389023674445 - in listing 3 I immediately turned off these and no longer dared to connect when their support asked me to do it. It was a great luck, that I noticed the destruction of my listings! Actually, it’s scary when listings that make 182 sales are deleted... What are you doing guys? I should file a lawsuit against you for such "work", but I really no have time to do it. Be sure there is a victim who will do. ======= March.3 update: we've almost repaired 3 listings manually and found another good sync service. Their support asks me to delete this review every day. No guys, don 't waste time on this, we'd trial and something is wrong in your application, if it behaves this way - repair your APP, so that no one else sees your APP delete its products. I admit that those who write positive reviews here did not have to go through this and they are really happy with this APP, may be... Uri, email: [email protected]

Best etsy integration ever. It was so hard making sure all products were there before this app. It did require a bit of a learning but the customer service helped right away each time and always made sure I knew what to do. After learning the app it was very easy to keep up with it.

I installed this app to help me and my client to integrate Etsy inventory and orders with our Shopify store. And upon using this for almost 3 months, I have minimal confusions but as the Support (Shubham) helped me, I understood how the app really works and how it helps our business. The best feature is that it lets me update the Etsy inventory without me doing it inside Etsy and just within the Shopify Platform. You can upload all your products from Shopify to Etsy in just clicks :D I recommend this app for your Shopify store as it is really helpful and if you need assistance, all their Representatives are there to help you. I love this app. It's so easy to synchronize the products to Etsy. The tutorials are handy to figure it all out. And whenever I have a question, the customer service is awesome. Really fast replies and kind people at the helpdesk. Totally recommend to anyone wanting to expand to Etsy. Enjoy!

1) The app look and feel It is a little confusing for me but I still finish setting quickly. Compared with other app, this is easy to use. 2) Easy Product Management offrered by the app I do not use this function and block it. So I have no idea 3) App Profiling and Import section functionality I do not need that function. 4) Hassle free integration with ETSY Marketplace It goes smoothly. 5) Flexible and helpful support The support outstanding. It is available for 24/7. Highly recommend.

App doesn't sync properly which has led to products being oversold. App developer doesn't respond to these issues and other questions. I'll be looking for a better alternative.
