Helpcenter in the App is not working and the Cookie Bar shows in Switzerland also, that isn't part of the EU. I found that out after 2 months and never wanted my swiss customers to see that, because i know it has impact on the conversion, even if its low. But because of the missinformation i didn't knew it.

Works perfectly on the mobile but the button 'got it' isn't selectable when using a PC or a Mac. As it's a free app, the reply I received was that no help could be provided.

Had to uninstall as is requesting an endpoint that requires a commercial licence. Easy to set up. Able to brand it exactly to my store. Appears to work very well when on line. Thank you. Be even better if I could move it around the page and change the size

App those what it meant! But the problem is that i set up "Show banner just for EU countries" option.. but it still shows on non EU countries and is affecting my CR. It appears in US and Latam.

I have the "Only show for EU countries" selected but this bar still shows up occasionally when I go to the site on mobile or on my PC both of which are based in the US. I'd say it pops up more on mobile than desktop but with the option selected I would assume that it would not pop up at all. If you have any tips on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. Easy to set up, and luckily you can customize a lot. It would be great to customize the position as well...at least I could not find the setting. But other than that, it is a great app and it is FOR FREE!

Company refuses to provide support. I have checked the option "Show banner just for EU countries" but we are still seeing the banner in the US on multiple computers and devices. That option is clearly not working. Response I got requesting support - "with over 100,000 users of our free apps we can only provide help documentation support" So app doesn't work as advertised and company refuses to provide support. Would give zero stars if I could.
