Not sure if it's working. I went through the set up procedure - but when I check my store - I do not see the pop-up. Spent 10-minutes on this so far. Is it working? don't know yet. I will revise this review if I get this thing to work.

Didn't work on my site at all. The email address given to contact before posting a negative review just says that this is an automated reply and we won't be able to respond

I know its free - but it doesn't even install. Just get taken to a blank page after installation. Had to delete it without even getting to try it. Bit pointless

The app is Free but Support are asking me to pay for them to fix the app, the app doesnt work at all, wont even load on our backend. I contacted support and their words "As a business yourselves, I hope you understand that with over 100,000 users of our free apps we can only provide email support for paid customers." Yeah I am not paying you to fix your own app. Great scam though

Doesn't work for me i'm being forwarded to a blank page. You get an automated email saying they don't respond to this support you have to contact them through the app, the app forwards you here for support!

App shows indications of working, but does not make it past the apparently mandatory review part of the config, and a request for help to the designated email address comes back with an auto-response: --- Unfortunately this is an auto-reply as the app only comes with help site support :( As a business yourselves, I hope you understand that with over 100,000 users of our free apps we can only provide email support for paid customers. Please check out our Help Center for answers to our most frequently asked questions. --- And the Help Center link goes to a help site that doesn't even have a page for this app. As a business owner myself, I know that there's a ratings penalty for shipping an app in this condition.
