A simple solution to an annoying problem. In two minutes I had a cookie bar linked to my privacy policy that looked exactly the way I wanted.

Seems to work a lot better than other free cookie bars which we have tried - this one loads quickly.. time will tell!

We'll see how it goes. It does allow you to change the colors off the banner and text to match your store, so that's cool.
