We've been working with this app across multiple stores, and the support has been incredible! Every tweak and update we've needed has been handled quickly and with care. It's clear there's a lot of pride in the work, and it really shows in how smoothly everything runs. Highly recommend!

This app has helped us a lot with return and exchange management. The app has all the features required to manage returns and exchanges efficiently. Customer support by Adrien is prompt and he explains the solution in detail. Hope the app keeps getting better with time. Cheers !

Great customer support team that jumps on a call whenever something is not working. Very user friendly on both our side and the customer side. They are always building out new features which is helpful.

We've used this app for a few years now with no issues, it's great. But now it's even better. With the automated returns & exchanges functionality that they came out with it's made our lives a lot easier. Customer support is fantastic and has helped us to get the new features implemented seamlessly. I can't recommend this app enough if you need to help manage the returns & exchange process. Note for management: give Adrien Larere a pay raise, he was amazing to deal with & made the new features easy to understand. I'd suggest a minimum of a 50% bump in pay, but that's your call.

I have been using ExchangeIt across multiple companies and for several years now. It has made processing Exchanges and now Returns so much easier for myself and my team. Their support staff is very responsive and fills voids in Shopify's platform.

ExchangeIt is a great app with a dedicated dev team who are responsive to questions and feedback. We've tried many other apps built for simplifying returns management and in most cases we were massively overpaying and forced to accept tradeoffs we didn't like. ExchangeIt is easy to learn, easy to train staff on, and does its job well. The price is a great value - you're not overpaying for features you don't care about. The fact that it is integrated with the admin and does not force you into a separate 3rd party site is also a plus.
