Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und wenn etwas nicht funktioniert bekommt man vom Support innerhalb von Minuten eine Antwort. Vielen Dank! TOP

One problem after another. Zero manners and no attempt to help. Don't waste your time with this app.
Merchant uses some misconfigured E-Mail auto-responder, that sends me automatic receipt confirmations every time he sends me an E-Mail. Unfortunately the merchant also lost track of what is going in this avalanche of useless E-mails, doesn't react to my E-Mails, and then vents his frustration here.

Absolutely no service when having problems! Zu der Meldung vom Anbieter als Reaktion auf diese Bewertung: Ja, nicht wir, sondern unsere Agentur war in Kontakt. Und nein, die Rückmeldung oder eine Hilfestellung gab es nicht. WIr haben inzwischen einen Weg gefunden, die Steuerproblematik via Tags und Rabatt zu korrigieren.
Zu diesem Punkt: "die Rückmeldung oder eine Hilfestellung gab es nicht": das ist glatt gelogen. Sieben Emails wurden zwischen uns ausgetauscht. Es ist äußerst ungerecht eine 1 Sterne Bewertung für eine Einschränkung der Shopify Platform zu vergeben, auf die wir keinerlei Einfluss haben (kein Steuerabzug bei Fixpreisen). Rabattcodes und Tags - das klingt nach einer sehr professionellen Lösung. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass das Finanzamt, ausgewiesene Steuern, die dann per Rabatt wieder abgezogen werden, auch so sieht.
