I must thank Mark for all the assistance he gave me in getting the app set up correctly. For a person who is just starting out, it can be very difficult to integrate the applications to the web, but Mark personally provides assistance via Zoom and chat, including reviewing the codes of the pages so that the application works correctly according to the needs and requirements of the client. The customer support service is very efficient like google, amazon or paypal. Recommended 100%. The app "Experiences: Events & Tickets." it is magnificent

I have found it useful. It is easy to add new times and to edit the group size. Since I have to sign up for other booking sites other than my website I do update the changes frequently. I know you don't have control over the other booking sites, such as trip advisor, but that sites is difficult to make daily changes. It would be great if the experience app would consolidate all the booking. Say if someone books on Airbnb experience my open capacity on the Experience App would know that and then reduce capacity accordingly. Thanks for you help. It would simplify my life if all my bookings came from my website and I only had to update changes with the Experience App--that would make me happy. Any thoughts on how to eliminate bookings on Trip Advisor and Airbnb and the 20% they charge would be appreciated.

So far this app is proving to be a great addition. Fairly simple and intuitive to use, and help was easily and quickly available when I needed it. I am now exploring how to adjust the styling to better match my store theme.

Great app if you need to sell tickets to an experience! I've needed changes and tweaks to the app several times over the couple of years I've used it, and the support I've received is always prompt and helpful.

This app is the clear winner after trying several ticket and event apps. The two essential features that push this app over the top are the custom email editors, and the ability for customers to assign their tickets to others. Also indispensable is the freedom the app creators have given merchants to customize the look of the app with CSS, allowing for a really seamless experience for the customer. The quick response time for developer help and the tight integration with Shopify POS are also features that are important to me and make this app a great solution :)

Just installed it and it's pretty straight forward and easy to use! Really excited to be able to offer this off of the Airbnb platform and on my own site. I had a question and hit the chat button and someone got back to me within a minute or two and answered all my questions and was very helpful. So far, I'm stoked!

The Experiences app has been great for our in-person classes. It makes ticketing a breeze, and I love that you can still customize the look and feel. We have been particularly impressed with Mark and Chip’s customer service! Any time we have a question, they are quick to respond and always so helpful. We could not recommend the Experiences app and team more!

The Experience App has helped us streamline our project bookings greatly. It is very easy to add new projects/events, as well as update or duplicate them. The integration with Shopify keeps all of our customer information and payments together. Highly recommend the app. Also, the team is available and responsive to questions, improvements, and suggestions.

I love this app for creating professional workshop registration listings! It's easy to use! And best of all, if you need help, Mark, the developer, is super fast to respond! I have tried a couple other apps for workshop registration and none of them were as easy to use or looked a good. I highly recommend this app!

The Experiences App fits perfectly into our website and helps us to manage our activities 'in house', some other apps have people leaving your website to book. The support is amazing and they listen to you, even to us small businesses :))

We at Boketto Club have been using the Experiences App to list and share a portfolio of meaningful experiences with teams around the world. The Experiences App is helping us to make the hybrid work environment more social and human - something that's touching the lives of people everyday. The functionality and flexibility of the Experiences App is what brought us to Shopify. Before looking into Shopify, we looked at the Experiences App because we aren't selling things but moments. Additionally, with it's strong integration with Shopify, it's helped the retail platform enter the experience economy. We see an incredible amount of growth in this industry and glad we are helping Shopify make that entrance through the Experiences App. The main pinpoint Experiences App solved for us was the ability to create a bespoke activity management solution with the power of e-commerce that Shopify brings. Other solutions in the market are simple ticketing and booking software solutions which are good for either events held on specific date/time or appointment management systems. The Experiences App allows you to list experiences that empowers the consumer to browse, compare and either pre-pay, reserve or enquire about an experience. This, while giving the organisers the back-end needed to handle complex bookings. Additionally, Mark and Chip from the Experiences App have been personally encouraging and supportive of our venture. I've been really happy with Experiences for my class registrations. There've been hiccups as there would be with literally any technology, and every time I've had a question or issue, they've been super quick and gotten me back on track. At times, the app was not integrating with my theme correctly, and they popped in and fixed it. Other times, I needed to modify things as I learned about my needs and they were so helpful! This is an adaptable app with a friendly and helpful team- highly recommend!
