An absolute disaster of an app - avoid at all costs. The customer service (Melanie) is horrible. Syncing issues occur 24/7. Duplicate listings. Orders don't track. Inventory doesn't app. They also quite literally deleted thousands of listings of mine. Melanie has zero clue what is going on, and tells you things before checking with her own team. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. And I RARELY leave bad reviews. But this one warrants it.
Thanks for your feedback. To clarify, due to a technical issue on our side, your account remained active for a full year without billing. When we began working on the issue, we removed the listings per your approval. However, we couldn’t re-export them until a new subscription was activated—which was ultimately declined. We’re always here to help, but reactivation is required for continued service.

Dont waste your time customer service is terrible. Great concept but nothing syncs correctly and doesnt work properly. They constantly have to "open a support ticket" for every issue and it takes days to fix. Variants DON'T sync over so its a HUGE headache. + you constantly have to upgrade. Also test one product before going from one platform to the next it will delete listings .... no help from customer service. Like i said good concept just the functionality just isnt there unfortunately.

Regarding variants, some selling channels or categories don’t support them, so the app may split them into individual listings to ensure compatibility. The team walked me through the whole process. My first cross-listing was done in under 10 minutes. The dashboard is clear and I can see exactly what’s selling. Totally worth it!

Tried out this app but it was not able to perform the features our store required such as only syncing inventory from 1 store location to etsy among other things. I had to find workarounds myself for some of the features because it took forever to hear back from support. Them messing up our inventory was a no go though so we decided to part ways, HOWEVER, ExportYourStore still has not deleted our account and store info after multiple requests to do so. Getting responses from them is like pulling teeth and I'm still getting emails about how I need to use the app more. I wouldn't suggest signing up for this app because they obviously still have some bugs to work out and features to improve. Luckily we had not paid yet but I still want our account info deleted. I would not have even given a review since it just didn't meet our store needs and we decided to move on but I feel like people should be aware of the poor customer service.

We’re also working on improving customer service response times—most issues are resolved quickly, but technical ones sometimes take longer as our dev team investigates. I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT SIGN UP for this app. Trying to cancel is impossible and they keep charging me even when I send them screenshots of my cancelation and of my charges in my account. This is criminal and they should not be allowed on Shopify.

it syncs everything from Shopify to Etsy and Amazon. It’s easy to use, reliable, and I no longer have to worry about managing separate inventories. The automatic sync has been so valuable!

This app does exactly what I need it to, and it’s extremely user-friendly. I’ve expanded to other platforms, and ExportYourStore keeps my inventory in sync without a hitch. Perfect for scaling up!

Does not update inventory like other apps would. Doesn't sync as it should takes longer than expected to received in store. It will make duplicated on the same platform which will get your store suspended. Total waste of time and difficult to use. **Update** 12/10/24 The team reached out and help what was wrong with the inventory sync issues. Had a team that responded to my questions and concerns and followed up with me to make sure everything is working. Will use this for other platforms. Thank you. **Update 12/30/24** Export your store app team did help after they received a bad review. Then they will go all out. Afterwards its back to regular hours for them which isn't hours for in the Americas. I need help for amazon I get few word answers. I offer to help with extra pay for them to do the work as their advertised on their website. They didn't want to. I will see other alternatives and cancel this subscription. It is not worth the headache and long wait times.

Keeps disconnecting, no one answered chat to help Full review the software kept 1. Disconnecting 2. Making duplicated when reconnecting 3. When we questioned what they considered functional they didn't like it. Answers took. 7 to 10 days to get. Finally they terminated our account because they couldn't fix it and we asked for a refund so they didn't refund and just deleted the account. Mercari poshmark and depop would work 3 days in a row. Yair and Jairus have no answers either if they respond at all to the help request submissions. Also it doesn't update and refresh your invr tory consistently.

Before connecting my stores i wrote to you and asked if it ok to connect different currencies ... Inquired request was wrongly replied and now we have to write all this: to whom it may concern, dear Sir, if your team update and cooperate we could try to make this Fix beneficial for both of us in less time and less stress and what is important a minor loss for us..as you 50 items been ruined and some of 1/3 are still not updated and or synced.... I have to reconsider my review/s about this company. I talked to 5 different people, One was clear and helpful worked on Saturday, buy doees not repling on odd days... So sending me from one guy to another is honestly not smart as for me, and not professional as not all team reads what above and understands...what happened. plz have a thought, if you be online for us this days! (no replies for yesterday at all - Monday was it) at least some questions above be answered and i could help this a thing: exp..tore work with you, right mates? Now i see that i need to renew token to shopify( just scared to do anything now as who know it can again change 1/6 of my prices in the shop) , 69 % of listings/products are not connected you are not replying 2nd day on what I asked a lot of questions above. First was how to enable price syncing.... So, customer service is also not good as to my case, you know I have another time zone here, i told you before, ...Meanwhile my guy is fixing the prices manually, the 50+ more items been destroyed... Black Friday in 3 days, the most important is price this time, guy went to football me from one to another....Black friday starts tomorrow
