Thank you for taking the time to leave us such an awesome review. Most people don't bother to leave reviews about positive experiences because they are unincentivized. It's only when we receive such positive feedback, do we rest knowing that we have done our jobs well. Thank you for giving us this proverbial pat on the back, you made our day!
This app is exactly what I needed for my affiliate products. You do have to be a little bit tech savy to install the app correctly or ask the developers. After implementing I had a minor issue, which was solved within hours after I'd send an email. The app it self works very simple once fully installed. Very statisfied and recommend this app.
Thank you for taking the time and effort to leave a review. We work hard to deliver the best app experience and we’re glad that you liked it!
I have been looking for an App to add external links for products, such as ‘Buy On Amazon’. After a little bit of confusion on (on my side) I asked the support team to help me with the installation, which they did in under 24hrs. I now have external affiliate links to products thus providing me with additional income. Brilliant and recommend.
Thank you for the most amazing review. We're happy you're pleased with the results and that we were able to help. If there's anything else we can do to help, please let us know. And we really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback!
This app is amazing. But be aware; The app can delete products in your shopify store! Means that if you press the wrong button in the app your product is deleted in your store. You can not get it back. The app shouldn't have access to changings like that in the store. There is even a "delete all" button which would delete ALL YOUR PRODUCTS FROM YOUR STORE (not the links). Be aware. This can delete your whole store and there is no backup. You would be screwed. I wrote to the shopify support so that they take action. The outlink support wrote me that if you delete them they are gone, they do not even have a back up for cases like that. Nightmare an highly unprofessional. Imagine someone deleting 1000 products! Better chose another option if possible for you.
Thank you for sharing your feedback, although I must express my disappointment with your 1-star rating, especially since it is not a reflection of the app's functionality or performance. The delete product functionality you mention was implemented after repeated requests from many of our users who needed a way to manage their stores more effectively. It's crucial to highlight that this feature is accompanied by clear warnings and confirmations before any deletion is processed, ensuring that users are fully aware of the action they are about to take. Our goal is to provide tools that empower merchants to run their stores more efficiently, and we take great care to include safeguards like these to prevent accidental deletions. We encourage all users to carefully read and understand the warnings provided before confirming such actions. We strive to offer a versatile tool that meets a variety of needs, and we understand that not every feature will be used or appreciated by every user. However, rating the app poorly because of a feature that is both optional and clearly communicated is neither fair nor reflective of the app's true value. We urge you to reconsider your rating based on the app’s overall functionality and effectiveness. If there are any other concerns or if you require further assistance, we are here to help.
So far so EXCELLENT! We needed to add a button on all of our product pages advertising that we offer wholesale pricing to trade. The button had to link to our Wholesale form. Every step of the way Outlink's instructions and customer service were there. We got this done in record time! Amazing!

Prathamesh was wonderful and very patient with me. I had forgotten how to add the Outlink. His emails reminded me how and I was able to install the ap with no problem. He was professional and courteous. I recommend this ap and the helpful people who work there. This is the second store where I am using Outlink as the first store was very successful. Thank you Outlink! kh

I was really nervous to get this app because I wasn’t sure it was right for me. I’m an affiliate marketer and this app is PERFECT if you’re looking for a button that sends the customer to an external link. Outlink has been GREAT at responding through email with any help that I’ve needed and typically responds within a 24 hour period (usually earlier). I highly recommend this app!
