The supporting team never answer to the email, I have reinstalled the app and again it asked me to pay.

We replied to your support request email immediately. We also sent you a $10 app credit to offset the charge immediately as well. When you uninstall an app the subscription automatically cancels so when you reinstall you have to reselect a plan this is the case with all apps.

This user was using an incompatible theme. We have a transparent list of incompatible themes on our FAQ page. This user was refunded in full as we do with all users that signup with an incompatible theme.

You can't change the color of the button. It is not filled and same color as the background which makes it hard to see. The presale button is one of the most important parts of the sales funnel

One of our reels went viral to 100 million view so of course we sold out. But with a container on the way we decided to take preorders for the first time. I added my products and it didn't even show and i pay them 5.00$ deleted the app reinstall and it ask me to pay again.

When you uninstall any app your plan is automatically cancelled so you have to resubscribe when you reinstall. This merchant was checking the featured product section for the button to display when the app only displays the button on the product pages (clearly stated in our FAQ), so the review is false.

This app does what it says and nothing more. I used it successfully for my first pre-order campaign and it was reliable and without any surprises. That may not seem like a big deal, unless you've tried other pre-order apps (many of which seemed more impressive than this one), to later find out... they are making your store dependent on them, while doing stuff like... emailing my customers from their branded domain... and not offering an option to disable these emails, edit the content, change the from address, or remove the app without affecting all orders (had to delete them). And that's just one example. Please, please, please take this as a warning if you are a business/store owner and exploring pre-order apps. There are some very impressive looking pre-order apps out there. With amazing support, and hundreds of five star reviews. Do your research and read the one star and two star reviews. I wish I did that before experimenting with these "dream come true" apps, because it would have helped me avoid the lurking nightmare. How so? There are a series of surprises that are not obvious or apparent until it's too late. But, as you may discover, these unusual design and features are in place, in my opinion, to keep you, the store owner, stuck using them and paying month after month with very little choice (especially if you are deep into it and have used them for a lot of pre-orders, already). The only way out will be a major pain and you'll wonder how you missed the red flags. Because they were hidden, delayed, only showing themselves when the pre-orders start. But NOT this app. The simple, unsung hero. It has fewer reviews but hopefully if you are reading this, at least one review that can give you proper warning about pre-order apps in general. Except this one, which has not shocked me or done anything sneaky. It does what it says, it's straightforward. I am thankful. The limited nature, and bare bones features, are a relief... and the reasons why I am so fond of this app, EZ PreOrder. I would say "does what it says and nothing more" is a compliment, but in this context — compared to the other fancy pre-order apps out there — it is the only one I want to emphasize, if this review is to be helpful at all. You've been warned, and if you want to test the others first... remember, EZ PreOrder is here to save you.

I upgraded and paid the for the upgrade and it didnt work at all. I contacted support and there was no answer. I am yet to recieve a refund.

This issue has since been resolved and the merchant now is now on the upgraded plan successfully. The issue was resolved in under an hour. This review was apparently left before that time span. Giving support very little time to address the concern before receiving the review.

Hello there. This is how app charges work in Shopify. You are invoiced initially but you are not actually charged until your monthly Shopify billing cycle. You have been issued a refund. To others reading this, this merchant reinstalled 2 weeks later to leave a negative review, apparently unaware of how Shopify billing works for apps, instead of reaching out to support for a refund.
