EDIT After a brief contact with Jake all issues were resolved. Great customer service! ORIGINAL REVIEW: App works as intended and it is helpful in managing pre orders badges and display however there are two aspects that i think should be addressed 1) Bulk add in the premium feature can only apply to the entire catalog (pre order list) it would be handy to be able to select a number of product and modify only that group. This feature is already available in the "bulk edits" section of the actual Shopify catalog. 2) Billing : i ordered the Unlimited version and paid $6 dollars. A day later i realised i needed the Plus and got charged a further $22 (instead of 22-6 like most subscription services upgrades). A week or so i realised due to point 1) above after the first bulk upload there was no benefit in having the unlimited plus so i went to go back to the normal unlimited and was presented with a furher $6 bill (instead of either a refund for the time not used - or at least a note that Plus features were going to be availabel till next billing cycle and then charged $6)
Hello, The billing does work like you mentioned, you are referring to the plan charges (on the approve charges screen, this will always show what the plan price is), but what you are actually billed is prorated when you upgrade or downgrade plans. This is the case for all shopify apps since they all have to use the shopify billing API. We checked and you were only charged $11.60 in total thus far. We have refunded these charges though due to the confusion. Also we are planning to add the requested bulk editing functionality in a future update.
**ONLY SUITABLE FOR 20 Variants** I was really excited when I paid and installed the app but unfortunately it only allows 20 variants, even in the paid versions. As I run a clothing brand, this did not suit my needs. I have over 80 variants on some styles.
Yes currently the app is limited to 20 variants per products due to performance limitations. We do mention this in the FAQ section of the app. We have sent you app credits to offset the subscription charge. We're sorry the app cannot service your current store requirements.
Did exactly as it shuld. You can even customize the color of some parts and put your own logo on the invoice. Looks very professional It was installed super quickly maybe I used two minutes
i'm using the free version and it works great! set up was really easy
easy setup for preorders on one item works well with what I need so far :)
This is a simple, effective app that does exactly what it says it does. I watched the instructional video before implementing the app and have had no issues. Setup was quick and seamless. Thanks!

Does not seem to work on featured product!!
That is correct, the app currently only changes the button on the product page, not the featured product sections. However we are clear about stating this in the FAQ section of the app.
It worked great on the first few products/orders, but when we tried to add it to another product, the pre-order button showed up, but shows an error when the customer clicks it. So definitely try clicking that pre-order button before you share the link with customers! There are a few bugs in how this app works with Shopify on the display side, but seems to work well on the order/financial side. You may have to play with settings on the product side to get things to work properly. Be sure to test it all the way prior to launch. Once it's all set up, seems to work well. Currently using this on 5-6 products for a few weeks.
My experience with EZ preorder has been great. As a growing brand that needs to leverage the power of preorders this app has truly helped me to think about growing my brand from a practical standpoint, especially when dealing with minimum order quantities. The best part is the customer support. They were there to answer all of my questions!
Support - Bitte um Hilfe !! App macht eigentlich einen guten Eindruck. Sieht gut aus. Leider funktioniert, trotz Unlimited Paket der Bulk für Artikel nicht. Da auch das Helpcenter dieser App nicht zu klicken ist, bitte ich um Hilfe auf diesem Weg. Ich brauche über 3000 Artikel mit Varianten in der Productlist, aber es geht nicht über die Bulk Funktion. Bitte um Hilfe !!
Hello, unfortunately the app cannot currently handle 3000 products. The current performance capacity for the app is around 600 products on the preorder list at once. We hope to be able to raise this limit in the future. We have sent you app credits to offset the subscription charge since the app cannot currently meet your requirements.
Did not work. Uninstalled, but it permanently leaves a "back order" message on my product page. I cannot find a way to remove that. Very frustrated. I also just contacted support and the email bounced. [email protected]
Our support email was down for a few hours, it is back up now. Likely what happened is your "continue selling when out of stock" setting was changed on the product by the app based on your preorder setting. You have to go to the product and change this back, aside from this the app doesn't edit your code or leave any changes behind.
The supporting team never answer to the email, I have reinstalled the app and again it asked me to pay.
We replied to your support request email immediately. We also sent you a $10 app credit to offset the charge immediately as well. When you uninstall an app the subscription automatically cancels so when you reinstall you have to reselect a plan this is the case with all apps.
