Unable to get support from the Shipway team, no POC provided, ticket closed automatically, they did not reply to emails, never resolved the issue on their portal, billing issue, Invoice print issue, tax calculation issue, order sync issue, return create issue. Most sellers are facing these issues, but no one attempts to resolve them. Very pathetic customer support. Very poor service, always unnecessary overwight charges, Very HIGH RTO without reaching out to customers.

There is no proper customer service and even they dont respond for your emails i tried raising multiple tickets no one would respond dont trust this company

Very Poor App..I have installed the app 5 days back. It asks to sign up, after entering all information, it says Error Please Accept terms and conditions and surprisingly there is no terms and conditions to accept. No way to reach them out too.

Customer support is very immature & they do not seem to even have a proper team in place. Highly disappointing technical support !

It's been more than 6 months we are using Shipway. I won't say it's seamless, but the customer support is truly commendable. I would especially like to highlight the name of our KAM, Harsh — he's always available when it's urgent, even beyond working hours. His responsiveness and problem-solving attitude have made a significant difference to our operations. Having a dependable POC like him really builds trust in the service.
