we have been using this app for a while now. It's easy to use, helps create invoices in a breeze since we don't have a different accounting software for this. Plus the multi courier integration ensures that you can assign the courier tracking number and have a one point solution for shipping multiple orders. Highly recommended. The support team is also very pro-active in resolving any sort of queries.

Is a very good app, makes it very easy to process orders and mark as dispatched. Sometimes small issues are there but that aside its overall a very good app. Support is good too.

If you are in India, you NEED this to truly have an automated system for fulfilment. You can assign courier(s), send soft data to courier company, request for pick-up, send fulfilment data to shopify and customer ..... all in about 3 clicks. This has shaved off about an hour of my daily work, not to mention the mistakes. When you have more than 50 orders a day, a few mistakes a week is inevitable, and costly. Having your process automated eliminates that. At this point you must be thinking that I've been paid for this review, but I have not been. These guys went above and beyond with the issues that I identified to them after downloading their software and solved the problems within days. Hence they deserve every bit of praise.
