I I was previously using monthly payments, after I found out about the annual payment offer I contacted joyce in customer service and she told me how to change my package, this plugin has made my ad tracking more accurate, thanks

I used this app to keep track of indexes. I really like how the app works. When I needed assistance, customer service was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend using this app.

I really like this app and it helps me track facebook ads data pretty well and has a good amount of info. What I think is also really great is their customer service! They are EXREMELY responsive, you arent left just hanging talking to bots and they can walk you through every part of the process live if you want. To me thats one of the most important benefits. Thank you Andy (he's awesome), Rosie and Diego for the great customer service

i would not recommend this app to anyone! super confusing set up and the support just make you more confused! the instructions and videos they send you does not correlate with your business settings. ive used many apps in my 3 years of using shopify and these guys are by far the most terrible customer support. I would never recommend this guys to anyone!

Great application! I track my events much better and when I had a problem Rosie from the service department was super nice and solved my problem in 20 minutes!

Tracy is very helpful and she is so helpful to guide me through the pixel setup process and help me test the event to see if all event is working. I wish I could give 6 stars if possible. love that app. highly recommend

Technical support service is very good, help me solve the problem quickly. The new function facebook ads report is not good enough, the number of catches is not enough. I hope this feature works as well as sirge does.
