This is first time i use the Facebook conversion API, it's much more complicated than i thought. Our pixel didn't work at first, then i contacted the customer service team to help me. They actually replied me SO FAST and help me out. The second time, we're trying to release a new landing page and it shown error on our website. We have to close the multi pixel so that we can release the new web page. That means we can not track the facebook purchase data. So i contacted with them again( His name is Ngoc, a very nice person). We solved the problem with his patience. A very nice app and customer service team!

This is a must-installed app for every Shopify seller, especially after the iOS 14 update. How do you set up FB pixel and Conversion API at the same time without this APP? Others are not as good as this.

I've never dealt with such a caring team. Got deduplicate issue with the shopify pixel integration, and neither shopify nor facebook could help fix my pixel issue, that lead to a huge drop in performance. The team at Omega literally treated me as if I was their only customer. Opening tickets with facebook to test step by step every possible scenario that could go wrong. Being patient for a long time testing and fixing accordingly till everything went back to normal finally. Weather it is their customer rep or their developers, I am honestly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.

This app is amazing as the data is syncing perfectly. The customer service is also very prompt and helpful. They follow up on the all conversations on email as well which is fantastic. I would highly recommend this app.
