We’ve had an issue with the Add to Cart event not being tracked properly due to our theme, and the Zotek team (especially Liam) was reactive. The bug was identified, fixed, and updated within 24h — and everything is working smoothly now. The support is responsive, and the app is lightweight but effective. Highly recommended if you're looking to track Meta & TikTok events properly. Thanks again to the team!

We installed Facebook Multiple Pixel to run region-specific ad campaigns and were impressed from day one. The app fired each pixel flawlessly—no duplicate events, no attribution gaps—exactly what our ROAS-reports needed. What really sets it apart, though, is the customer support team. We had a fairly complex request (dynamic pixel swap based on Shopify Markets). Their rep, Liam, jumped on a live chat within minutes, walked us through the settings and helped us tons!

I’ve been using this app to manage my TikTok Pixel on my Shopify store, and I’m really impressed. The setup is super simple, even if you’re not tech-savvy. This app is simply fantastic! It has really helped me keep track of all my events, even those that don’t show up on Facebook, so I always know exactly where my purchases come from. This makes it so much easier to optimize my creatives and campaigns! On top of that, their support team is outstanding.
