We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate your feature request about tracking data event when a buyer purchases in reality. However, please allow me to explain that when a buyer pays after they receive the order in reality can not be recorded as an event on website, as a result, it's obiviously unable to count it as an event to track. Also, just to clarify, even the action submit form COD on Shopify website also works in a different flow than the normal flow of Shopify checkout. Therefore, most of Shopify tracking pixels apps had been still unsupported. In this case, our Development team had been working on a solution to track when a buyer submits COD form on page and now Zotek: Facebook Pixel & Tiktok Pixel can track this event, which is called the "Purchase" event in Report Dashboard. We had been trying to contact you but have not heard from you. I would be very appreciated if we could discuss further to help you achieve your goal.
