Great app to have to stream line your data flux!
The support team is incredibly helpful with all questions and queries we may have, ensuring our experience is as smooth as possible.
Support team is super helpful and helps to solve issues, even if those are not directly connected with their app by feed in general. We've been using both apps - for Facebook and for Google for some time now and I definitely recommend them
I was honestly surprised by how fast the customer support team got back to us and actually helped solve the problem — super professional too. Overall, the app works really well. Definitely recommend it.
Easy manual setup to create an independent catalog in Meta, the app works fine.
Flexify keeps pulling in the wrong featured image and there's no way to change it.
Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Flexify doesn’t randomly select featured images - they are determined by the product images and configuration in your Shopify store. If something looks incorrect, please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help you check it.

Horrible customer service and support. I first had the app installed because I used Marpipe. I've run into multiple issues recently, which there support just don't understand. Tried to explain multiple times, but failed to accomodate a 5min video hook up so I could go over it in detail.

There is no free plan. I have less than 1000 products. However, app pushes me for Plan: small
We installed Flexify across multiple stores. At first it felt overwhelming, but their support team literally walked us through every step. They made sure our setup matched our needs. Rare to find such helpful support these days. Really appreciate them!
