I've been very happy with Flexify, it is very intuitive and user-friendly. Great way to create a supplemental feed for our Facebook store, adding additional content that isn't provided by default through the Shopify/Facebook connection. Also, their customer support is TOP NOTCH - they helped me troubleshoot an issue with our Facebook product listings, and it turned out the problem wasn't even related to their app OR Shopify, it was caused by our Google Merchant Center app! But the Flexify rep identified the issue and provided me with a solution rather than simply referring me to Google. They deserve SIX stars just for that ;)

I'm so positively surprised about how well this app works. We are using it to sync all our products from Shopify to our Pinterest profile which is now showing as a brand store. It works SO well and it even syncs our ratings and reviews to Pinterest. I love that this app is free for up until 1000 products which is an added bonus. Also the customer support was incredible. I had emailed them about how I can sync to Pinterest and Aby replied so quickly and made it so easy for me. Thank you so much!

I didn't know how to use this app and create a catalog on the Facebook business manager, so I asked for help and sent them an email, but didn't get any response, unfortunately, my subscription is about to expire, so I had to delete this app :(

I've been using this app for about 6 weeks. Aby with customer support is terrific. They have assisted me in every way. I can't tell yet how it has impacted my store's traffic and will update my review with more information when available.

We use Flexify to map Google product categories to Facebook in a supplemental feed, and it has worked perfectly in that regard. Flexify also provided quick and helpful customer service when we needed to troubleshoot an issue.

I am a business owner runnign ads on facebook. IF there is an issue with yoru commerce and catalog and you need help, flexify - only does email support and its one liner responses wasted days and still not resolved issue. NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THIS TYPE OF SUPPORT!!! Fix your support system - If you are runnign ads you will have issue with differnt catalog one shopify creates and this catalog flexify creates multiple errors and then then flexify will either drop a bomb on allthese things you need to do which you have noooo clue bc again im a business owner who has time to figure this #### out!!! get it together! They wont call you, wont do screen share with you, wont get on chat with you, theres no way you guys can communicate because they are not in teh same time zone as me (USA) and they i dont know. imagine that! i will change review rating when i get this fixed!!!

I use the free version of Flexify, it's easy to use and does everything I need to keep my Facebook products up to date. I started receiving an error reporting from Facebook and logged a query with Flexify, Aby replied promptly and offered suggestions to resolve the issue. It turned out to be a problem within my store, I corrected the issue and the feed was up and running again without errors. Great app and great service.
