Horrible customer service and support. I first had the app installed because I used Marpipe. I've run into multiple issues recently, which there support just don't understand. Tried to explain multiple times, but failed to accomodate a 5min video hook up so I could go over it in detail.

Instalando e desinstalando Ele fala que tem um plano FREE-Forever, e informa que existe plano gratuito disponível, porém ao acessar as configurações para ativar, ele te OBRIGA a assinar um plano e aceitar o periodo de teste. Que plano gratis é esse se voce é obrigada a aceitar um teste de um produto, autorizar a cobrança para começar a usar? ERRADO. O aplicativo talvez seja bom, não prosseguir para avaliar suas funções, mas o fato da obrigação relatada acima já mostra que não há clareza nas informações.

Para esclarecer: o plano gratuito (Free Forever) está disponível através do modo Stand-alone, que não exige aceite de período de teste nem autorização de cobrança. O que você viu foi o modo Extension, que faz parte dos planos pagos e oferece funcionalidades adicionais. Esse modo é totalmente opcional. Você pode usar o Flexify gratuitamente através do modo Stand-alone. The app works well. During our usage, we encountered some other issues, but the app's support team responded promptly and provided assistance multiple times to help us resolve them. The service quality is excellent. Special thanks to Aby for the outstanding support!

We started using Flexify because it allows us to use a different image (and aspect ratio) for our products than those used on Shopify. Now, we also use the market and language feeds. They integrate perfectly with our commerce manager and the ads we are running. Thanks to Aby for your great help and support along the way!

I have been using Flexify for more than a year now and I have to admit they have an immaculate support system. Whenever I was lost for direction or faced any issue they were quick to resolve it right away. I would highly recommend this app for people who want to sale their product catalogue from shopify on meta platform.

I installed the app and tried by my own to create a new language feed on Facebook. Unfortunatelly i faced issues and i could't finish the set up. I got really frustared until the team helped me out. Aby, the contact person was a professionist, very friendly and really helpful. I received guidance step by step with photos , screenshots and knowledgebase articles and within 1 day she managed to solve my problem. I recommend this app and in the future i will try the google feed also ! :)
