I don't believe it's possible to get this app to work. I've followed countless instructions, followed videos, googled it, asked Insta and FB no matter what I do it still ends up with the status as "In review". I don't mind that it's probably something I've done wrong. What I do mind is there's nowhere to find out what's wrong and how to put it right! Where's the help? Step by step instructions? Useless.

Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt von der Benutzerfreundlichkeit und der nahtlosen Integration der Facebook & Instagram App auf Shopify. Die Synchronisation meiner Produkte mit meinem Facebook-Shop verlief reibungslos, und ich konnte ohne Probleme Anzeigen auf beiden Plattformen schalten. Besonders hilfreich war die Möglichkeit, alle meine Produkte über eine einzige Plattform zu verwalten und zu bewerben. Die App bietet klare Anweisungen und hilfreiche Funktionen, die die Verwaltung von Facebook- und Instagram-Werbung wirklich einfach machen. Das Team hinter der App reagiert zudem schnell und unterstützt bei der Lösung von Problemen. Ich freue mich darauf, noch mehr mit der App zu arbeiten und mein Geschäft weiter auszubauen. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden, der seinen Shopify-Shop mit Facebook und Instagram verbinden und seine Reichweite erweitern möchte!

Meta is absolutely horrible when giving support for this app. Their support is horrible overall.

One of the worst platform to sell in Meta especialy since they stopped the shop on the Desktop computers and focused of Mobile only. Your ads on desktops becomes full of errors and missed links. Meta support is null!!

Meta me doit de l'argent depuis 2 ans et bloque l'argent. Les publicités sont bloquées.
