Facebook & Instagram

This app is impossible to connect for us. Its brutal. How can a billion dollar company not have this sorted out.

I am unable to connect Facebook & Instagram app to my Shopify store. I have tried it several times for over a week, but it is repeatedly showing an error message. I am being billed monthly, but I am unable to use the sales channel to sell products. it's so disappointing and discouraging!! The support is equally pathetic. I have no idea what the issue is because nothing is being pointed out, except that an error occurred.

geht gar nicht. es hängt alles, nicht funktionsfähig. wenn man es irgendwie einmal hinbekommt, endlich.. sehr schwer einzurichten. PLEASE ADD FUNCTION as CONNECT EXISTED ON COMMERCE MANAGER CATALOG to THIS APP
