I actually have not immersed in the app as yet. I do have one thing to suggest. When calling for the verification, the recording does not give answer time. It gave me first just 3 digits and hung up. Subsequent calls gave me only 2 digits, and then hung up. There was no repetition. After 5 calls I finally received the full number; just barely. This was with me sitting here with my phone in hand waiting for the call and immediately pressing the button to answer. There is definitely room for improvement there.

Checkout with facebook & Instagram is so premature that we might have to pull out. None of the basic settings like shipping is being synced. It just defaults to free shipping... meanwhile we're only a pick-up business.

This app has always been flakey. I've found it disconnected from time to time. Also, I can't activate PayPal because the button doesn't work. Finally, I was surprised to find that all my products had a 10% discount automatically applied.

The app is fine however I got several sales during the holidays and since my items are personalized and have custom options I had to track these people down. This however was not as easy as emailing them or reaching out to them through the fB shop. They never either got the messages or they were never sent. I have no idea how you FB can force something on shops that just doesn't work.

A couple of big issues we have are: 1: These sales automatically go through to our admin but if we need to update them, offer partial refunds or make any change even with an exchange we cannot. The entirety of the screens blocked out for us. This screws up reporting and just about every other aspect of the function. 2 - You all do not recognize back ordered products. So folks are ordering and not being told items are on back order. This is terrible for customer service and our overall brand. 3 - Bright side is that you all do a great Job selling, it just needs to be polished and easier for the back end admin.

After all the changes to fb, meta updates all seems to working well. It did take a over a year to get it all together but at least I can easily post product from messenger. I still cannot view shop items when in shop on facebook but believe that was one of the changes made.

When we click on stores in Instagram, I want to remove the cargo and delivery field in the product detail area, but I cannot remove it, all websites with shopify software have the same problem in their ig stores, it is not possible to completely remove this field, you should make a development about it.

Frustrating ... I use to be able to post new items and run ads from Shopify. Now it says disconnected and I cannot add Meta posts to my marketing campaigns. Can we have the old app back?

I am facing a problem with the pixel, I am not getting the correct events and event parameters in my Facebook Event manager. E.g Facebook Showing 3 purchases but in reality, there are zero purchases and also showing zero conversion value for some orders.

Plugin is ok, would be nice if it included some way to embed your facebook feed. It's alright for ads and that's about it. If Facebook were to add embed for posts and feed that would be a huge plus!

handy app although it becomes frustrating when FB filters out products due to trigger words that they don't allow through their political correctness. this is a frustration

App is great when it works. However, for some reason, the Facebook app has disconnected my site and will not let me reconnect my account. Even though I type in my password and it directs to Facebook, it still says to reconnect. I can still see my shop with products on my FB/IG pages but I cannot utilize any of the functions to create ads with the products. I need assistance, please.

Die Grundfunktion der App und die Einrichtung des FB-Shops funktioniert gut, aber im Detail könnte mit wenigen Anpassungen ein viel besseres Nutzererlebniss erzeugt werden. 1. Übermittlung der weiteren Bilder über "additional_ image_link" Attribut in den Datenfeed 2. Datenkontrolle und Hinweis bei z.B. Texten oder Optionen, die in Facebook zu Fehlern führen können (z.B. oder Tags in Description) Sollte es dazu Hinweise und Tipps gehen, dann würde wir uns über eine Nachricht freuen. Eine erste Support-Anfrage wurde mit Fragen Sie bei Facbeook nach beantwortet, wobei die Daten klar nicht von Shopify übermittelt wurden.

This is not the best app. It was working fine for a bit and now it disconnected Facebook and won't connect my FB Store. I can't even do an ad thru this app. Pretty much useless. There is no one to help with this issue. Also, be aware that when you connect, The app has full power over your FB account as an administrator. Let's hope someone doesn't get ticked and delete everything we worked for.

Once I set up this app Facebook restricted my advertising and when I sent my ID in for review I was permanently restricted. If someone could point me in the right direction to appeal this decision I would be more than thankful!
