Can someone please help? I have been trying to link my shop to Facebook and I'm not having any luck.

handy app although it becomes frustrating when FB filters out products due to trigger words that they don't allow through their political correctness. this is a frustration

App is great when it works. However, for some reason, the Facebook app has disconnected my site and will not let me reconnect my account. Even though I type in my password and it directs to Facebook, it still says to reconnect. I can still see my shop with products on my FB/IG pages but I cannot utilize any of the functions to create ads with the products. I need assistance, please.

App is good, recently updated... How do I remove the 'message us' speech bubble now that Facebook messenger messages come through the Shopify chat - I don't want 2 speech bubbles on my page..

Die Grundfunktion der App und die Einrichtung des FB-Shops funktioniert gut, aber im Detail könnte mit wenigen Anpassungen ein viel besseres Nutzererlebniss erzeugt werden. 1. Übermittlung der weiteren Bilder über "additional_ image_link" Attribut in den Datenfeed 2. Datenkontrolle und Hinweis bei z.B. Texten oder Optionen, die in Facebook zu Fehlern führen können (z.B. oder Tags in Description) Sollte es dazu Hinweise und Tipps gehen, dann würde wir uns über eine Nachricht freuen. Eine erste Support-Anfrage wurde mit Fragen Sie bei Facbeook nach beantwortet, wobei die Daten klar nicht von Shopify übermittelt wurden.

This is not the best app. It was working fine for a bit and now it disconnected Facebook and won't connect my FB Store. I can't even do an ad thru this app. Pretty much useless. There is no one to help with this issue. Also, be aware that when you connect, The app has full power over your FB account as an administrator. Let's hope someone doesn't get ticked and delete everything we worked for.

Once I set up this app Facebook restricted my advertising and when I sent my ID in for review I was permanently restricted. If someone could point me in the right direction to appeal this decision I would be more than thankful!

My purchase events were duplicated after I used Conversion API tracking. I could not edit the code to add event_id as custom parameter to avoid this issue.

It's great to have the convenience of FB and Insta shop but it's been selling products that have been sold out. It's supposed to read inventory from Shopify through the app connection. It's leaving customers extremely frustrated and it has everything to do with bugs within your platform or bridge between Shopify and facebook. Needs to be fixed. Better to have people shop the website directly than to deal with the backlashes of this.

I just wanted to set up something similar to Kit, but it's taken a while just to get to this point in setting up the Facebook channel. Hopefully, this will work for future postings.

1) Even though you have several product images in your shopify catalogue, only one image is synched to Facebook - and it's not even the 'main/first' image of your product. It's a random selection. Looking at Shopify's community it seems that several shop owners have the same issue. 2) It would be nice with an option to force a sync of all products to the facebook catalogue.

I was easily able to connect instagram. Not the same easiness with Facebook. I have to try again in order to connect facebook.
