Facebook & Instagram

It's frustrating that I can't use collections I've already created in Shopify in this app - having to redo work is maddening.

Setup is simple,

Gut hab schenll verstande was ich machen muss kann ich nur weiter geben aber ich haben lange gebrauch um es in shopify zu übernehmmen

schlechte erfahrungen gemacht bisher, immer diese Wir müssen ihr konto prüfen und was auch immer kostet unnötig Zeit hoffe es wird irgendwann mal schneller!

It is ok, could be a lot more user friwndly

Diese App ist gut doch schwer u verstehen. Support ist leider nur in Englisch. Das Synchronisieren verstehe ich nicht den Produkte und Kategorien muss ich selber eingeben, leichtes zuweisen der Produkte habe ich nicht gesehen. vielleicht dauert es 24 Stunden bis man erfolge sieht????

On the shopify facebook instagram setup page it says; Next Step for your shop... then a bubble then; allow messaging for customer support so customers can contact you quickly. If you select enable messaging nothing happens. Why is this?

It is awesome bringing both instagram and facebook in one manageable place. Downside is the policies
