Once you can get hold of a human the support is second to none. Getting connected to a human being was almost impossible but once I worked out how to get real life support the help I got was 5* and I got everything sorted. Thank you Dennis and Elizabeth!

Things dont stay connected, despite them being connected. Meta in general is bloated, hard to navigate and understand and impossible to get REAL support. Not. Worth. It.

Tried absolutely everything to connect this to my shopify store after spending weeks creating it only to be told about the “step by step” process and that “we’re trying to help” I’ve seen this heaps and seems to be an occurring issue many people are having unfortunately. Something the developer needs to look into To anyone reading this. Please add like one product, see if connects to Facebook first before you spend your time creating an entire shop. If you have issues maybe re consider

Doesn't integrate well for mobile customers. Had to get on my PC to make the connections.
