So very difficult to connect and set up pixels to work in the ads. Meta keeps circling in a loop to the Shopify page without actually connecting. Facebook ads support is unbelievably horrendous. I have no idea how such a big multi billion dollar company functions like this.

so many bugs, you can't open the app without having to close unnecessary windows, never know when something is wrong.

How are REDCON1, ALPHA LION, and so many other companies allowed to sell their protein on Facebook and their pre-work supplements, but I can't? I think I will contact the Attorney General here in BOSTON. This is an unfair practice by Facebook.

If you want dysfunctionality and almost impossiblity (ChatGPT is a brilliant support entity where it help one navigate the Meta mess and its systems) and you are okay with spiraling into exhaustion and going nutty as it relates to trying to get help with everything Meta shops, then you've landed on a great app. ONCE you do get someone, somehow Meta has managed to hire the kindest customer service reps who are sometimes great at being helpful, and other times - the wait - back and forth via email could take days.....or weeks. For a tech company specializing in social media and one of the wealthiest companies in the world, it's an absolute embarassment that they truly don't care about their business clients. I've chosen a succinct way of answering. Otherwise I could write an entire essay on the Facebook experience.

we're really unhappy with meta you keep telling us we breach your community rules but we have read them and don't see how we might possible breach them when we request a review you give no reasons it's not fair and it's no way to treat any customer - esp. since we'd pay for more advertising if you would revert substantively so we could fix any issues

This app is exhausting. It constantly disconnects from Facebook and forces me to reverify everything like it’s my first time. The setup process is overly complex, Meta’s approval flow is vague and inconsistent, and product syncing often breaks for no reason. I’ve spent more time fixing errors than actually running ads. If you're serious about e-commerce automation, this app slows you down. Shopify merchants deserve a smoother, more stable integration. Until Meta fixes this, it’s not worth the headache.
