it's been ok, I'm still learning how to navigate Facebook through the business stand point but i feel like it could be easier if their wasn't so many glitches

I have used this app to connect my Shopify store to potential buyers on Facebook which has a large base and I appreciate the audience it provides to stores like mine, but there is virtually no human customer service on Facebook and that means that problems like overcharge or wrong invoices cannot be disputed or dealt with, you'll get no response, just silence while you continue to be charged even if it's unfair.

i understand that shopify is using the facebook technology but i still find it a bit annoying. i wish there was less involvement with them but i get it nonetheless

Have not used the app as of yet. I hope that once I use the app it is easy to use. I am trying something new to boost my online sales and networking.

all except for them cutting of the head of my pics in facebook when I use the url address for my shop it is good... could someone tell me how to fix this thx

Sometimes things just dont work for some reason and then when you try again they do. a tutorial would make it beter

I was easily able to connect instagram. Not the same easiness with Facebook. I have to try again in order to connect facebook.

Still confusing, but better once I created a new page and started from scratch. Shopify itself was a big help, but the whole fb/insta scenario was a big mess that was even messier to try and sort out.

All of my boxes have the green check mark for set up but the button for Request Approval is still grayed out. A little frustrating. Probably user error. :)

I was setting up the Facebook Shop for our Shopify Store. It seems to be working well until it was dissaproved. I need to see what changes are required to get it approved.

I keep getting logged out every time the app updates. I am always having to stop what I am doing to fix it.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and experience. I can definitely understand why this would be inconvenient since you are being asked to log in every time there is an app update. Please know this is currently an expected behaviour as Facebook will invalidate your user token any time there is a change in the app to ensure account security and we are not able to override this for our merchants.
