The Facebook & Instagram app enable worldwide connection to my target business audience. Using the tools within this help enhance and solidify my growing business daily. Being a small business, or rather the small fish in a big pond, the ongoing support of such a platform app is truly welcomed.

its been more than 2 moths since i started the process of connecting my shopify store to instagram and i havent been able, its in the process of validation but hasnt moved since.

The worst experience I've ever had with any company! I have been locked out of my account for over 8 months now. I've submitted all the required documents for a business dispute, and I've received absolutely no help since I submitted them. I even went as far as getting Meta Verified through my personal account in hopes I could get more help to recover my business account, and nothing! This is hurting my business as my website's domain is still linked to the old account I'm unable to access, therefore, I cannot link it to the new account I've setup. I've begged for help! I've opened multiple tickets trying to get this resolved, but FaceBook cares nothing about you or your small business. They have forgotten where they come from and could care less about you! So, now you just take my money for my monthly subscription, and I get nothing in return! I can't tag any of my products when posting on my social media accounts because I cannot verify my domain - because it's still linked to my old account! It's like adding salt to the wound when I've done everything that's been asked of me, but FaceBook won't follow through on their end!

Their statistics show that the number of orders made through their ads is 3 to 10 times higher than the total number of orders on the site. Their support is the most useless thing in the world; I’ve been corresponding for a month and, apart from stupid responses like ‘third-party statistics may differ,’ I haven’t heard anything else.
