It was an easy process to set up and I liked that each step was clearly labelled but it was still confusing knowing what I was actually setting up along the way and what I was agreeing to. I did feel a little pressured into clicking yes for everything

Too early to tell as yet. I've only just activated the app. Setup was very easy and I guess I'll be able to form an opinion down the track a little.

some days it works some days it doesn't complicated to set up in the beginning not linking accounts no customer service to call for help

I had a lot of trouble connecting my page for some reason. Finally got it linked after a year...best of luck folks! Linking to my instagram page turned out to be troublesome

There was an inexplicable problem where my main Insta account would not appear. Then it did. The whole set-up took hours

I just installed the newest version so I don't have too much experience with the app but I can tell you, if the algorithms are still the same I know I'm going to continue to have problems with my products being flagged for violations that are simply not true. For example, a band t-shirt with a demon on it was flagged for excessive nudity. Really?? How about you let me sell my products on your app and I'll let you know if it's any good. Until then, it's a pain to list anything for sale so we really don't use facebook much at all. If my customers didn't use facebook to send messages I would have deleted it all together. I really don't like it and I kinda hate that I HAVE to use FB.
Thank you for your review and sharing your feedback. When it comes to product approval this is something determined directly by Facebook that Shopify does not have a hand in. I would be happy to share resources on how to contact Facebook to appeal not approved products should you need it in the future. Too many numbers to try and connect with my store. I have admins and they need to be able to set up and go and I have to constantly reconnect if I clear my browsing history. If I don't log in it won't update.

Facebook ads are easy to set-up and efficient But I dont like the way they bloque inapropriate ads without explaining the reasons.

I did use it but still didnt change the speed... :-/ I dont know how to improve it...I might be hiring an expert to do so.

Not intuitive enough. I had to disable cookies and try many variations first before getting it to work.

I updated the app within my shopify so I could continue to tag products on my instagram. Despite following all the steps it is no longer allowing product tagging. Very disappointing
