When I try to connect my Facebook page to Shopify, I receive an error message stating that I am not the page account's admin. However, I am certain this is not true. Its very bad system and no any supporting for us.

The automated system doesn't recognize documents uploaded to verify your store. Get ready to spend HOURS trying to get anything sorted out. BIG PITA.

Poorly integrated with meta business suite. Difficult to navigate. Difficult to sync products with Shopify. Frustrating UI. Not intuitive. An example of Meta's social media monopoly allowing it to put out a crappy product without suffering any consequences.

This app triggered an 'automation' violation in my Facebook Business Suite. Disabling/restricting my Facebook Ads and Business account without any recourse from Facebook. Now I can't connect Shopify or run any ads. Garbage!

Lets face it no one would use this if there was an alternative. interface is clunky and full of bugs.

app was incredibly difficult to deal with. it was not intuitive at all, had bugs EVERYWHERE, add was a nightmare trying to connect to. For the love of god please fix and simplify this. the connect account butting was totally broken. being able to use these seamlessly is very important. Also, i find the main Meta page to be WAY too cluttered. its impossible to navigate and find what you are looking for and the walk through and tutorials are outdated and don't help much due to all the changes.

We set up the app, it synchronised every product and then our Commerce account got banned on Facebook. Permanently banned. 14 years of work down the drain!

Leider können wir keine gute Bewertung abgeben. Würde die App wie vorgesehen funktionieren, würden wir 5 Sterne vergeben. Da Shops aus Österreich jedoch nicht mehr unterstützt werden, ist die App für uns kaum noch sinnvoll. Trotz hoher Werbekosten werden Werbekonten ohne ersichtlichen Grund eingeschränkt. Das erschwert die Arbeit für Shops in Österreich erheblich. Im Vergleich: Bei TikTok können zumindest kostenlos Produktlinks zu Videos hinzugefügt werden – bei Meta hingegen muss man für den blauen Haken bezahlen, um überhaupt zwei Links setzen zu dürfen.

Instead of making me jump backwards through hoops trying to work through various settings on both the Shopify and Meta side to try and get this to work, could you not just have stated up front that Shops on Meta are not available in New Zealand. An hour of my time I'll never get back...!

Probably the most difficult thing I have ever done on the internet. The directions seem clear yet do not work. The support is as if coming from am automated response system without any human common sense help. And even once it seems like I've received help, it still doesn't work. I submitted an ad without even having a stupid pixel active...which seem like a waste of 20 bucks. I'd like to submit another ad, but I still do not have an active pixel, so I am not going to do it. I wish someone from Facebook/Meta would actually assist me with their system.
