I really like the function and the facility, it was very easy! Do you have any course about how we can increase our knowledge aobout this apps.

I had the channel before but they've upgraded it and I love the new features. You're able to set up a sales channel that allows customers to purchase directly through Facebook, and they also provide you with tons of information to help get you started and even sharpen your marketing efforts.

I used this app to help me sell my apparel on Facebook. It's now so easy for my Facebook followers to buy from my apparel brand Class & Polish. It's so easy and user friendly.

As with Facebook, its technology continuously improves and makes it easier for professionals. The Facebook app is simple to use and straight to the point.

Went through the process to 'Set up the new Facebook channel' multiple times. Each time it'd say 'You're all set!' and I'd be greeted with another 'Set up the new Facebook channel'. On about the 8th time, as I'm writing a 1 star review, and it finally connects. So frustrating.

Nice and easy to use. Everything was straight forward and well worded and understood. Nice easy point and click options.

To be honest I'm not really sure what I'm doing right now as FB shops linking to my Shopify store are new to me. It'd be good to see a little video that explains how all of this cross-posting works but I'll figure it out once the app's approved for me. *Edit* I see now that there's a video once I get beyond this review. :)

Seamless and easy, thank you guys! You'll have to connect all the info together correctly, so be sure to have it ready to go before you install it. And also, don't make the mistake I did, have your website / online store live BEFORE you request to be approved for Instagram shopping on the Instagram app! But it was solved quickly within minutes. HAHAHA

Great to sell my products online and have more people to get to know my store, im still trying to figuere out how to get my products in the online catalog on instagram

haven't used enough, but so far so good. review request is slightly premature. integrates products easily on Facebook and Instagram stores

facebook commerce manager is fairly easy to use this as not been my first time setting this us it is difficult sometimes but this time when smooth for me thankfully

I tried to connect Facebook sales channel with my Shopify store and it did not connect. There was a message error after completing the installation saying "There was a problem processing this action. Please refresh the page". After changing many emails during 2 weeks with Shopify support team and speaking with 5 team members, I received an email from Shopify saying that they can't solve this issue because it is from Facebook and they will close my ticket ID. I am disappointed by the support I received. The error appeared on Shopify platform, Shopify should help fixing errors on their platform.

it was okay. I wasn't sure how the uninstall thing worked. But I was able to get throught it okay. Thank for helping.

THE APP WAS VERYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY EASY TO SET UP I LOVE IT THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE ALOT HARDER

Have not used the app as of yet. I hope that once I use the app it is easy to use. I am trying something new to boost my online sales and networking.
