This app has completely failed. My entire store will no longer sync with Facebook ads. I've spent hours with their support team. They are as lost as I am in attempting to get the app to work.

App does not work properly. Items in shop show most expensive variants instead of cheapest. This is costing me sales. Have been trying to get help and no one from shopify or meta seems to be able to fix this.

Cannot use the sync app feature if your shop does not accept shopify pay and if your a skincare business you already know shopify does not process payments for that type of business so why even offer the FB app. for companies that sell skin care products, but yea

It's soooo difficult to connect and get the catalogue to show up correctly with the latest changes and so I can't initiate ads because the catalogue is showing outdated images. I can't understand why it has to be so difficult. Also, not being able to delete unused or outdated pages from the business accounts is confusing

Very limited functionality and therefore not recommended to use. E.g. Draft Orders are tracked as conversions and therefore heavily impact ad results. All of a sudden, we had a ROAS of over 100.

This is not a very support friendly app. Keeps running me in circles. Will not connect to my Page.

Completely inefficient and syncing process has been infuriatingly difficult. Also, the meta support caused my store deactivation and then attempting to reactivate, connected it to the incorrect Facebook business profile, therefore blocking it from being accessible on instagram. There is no real time communication, lots of emails and then no ability to respond. I have taken all the steps necessary and I feel your support team caused this chaos and now there is no one to actually communicate about it with. Very dissatisfied.

facebook & Meta is really problematic and it's not working at all. my shop is in review for long time and I'm not able to install easy the pixel. relly convoluted even with integration.

Terrible experience so far. Unable to get shop verified, but no details on why other that not meeting compliance requirements. No way to get support of an actual human, I'm fairly tech savvy but just being sent in circles. Incredibly frustrating.
