I’ve been using this app to track my Facebook and Instagram ads, but the reporting is totally inaccurate. It counts in-person store sales as if they came from my ads, which is completely wrong and makes my data useless. I tried reaching out to Meta support multiple times, but no one seems to care or even respond. As a business owner, I need real numbers to make smart decisions—this app doesn’t deliver. Disappointing experience all around.

Really?! Isn't Meta like one onf the world's largest tech companies, this is the best you can do? Between this and meta ads they have managed to create two of the most non-intuitive, ineffective apps for actually selling products. Maybe if you're goal is to be cool, but to sell products, meh.

Fuck This APP it Sucks Fuck META! Fuck the Support Team!! Was on a chat with support who literally didn't do anything!! my account is still fucked up and nothing works thanks fuckbags!

Very poor quality of work. Damaged platform. Wasted money and unprofitable advertising. I advise everyone against using it.

This app does not work at all. I’ve struggled for two weeks trying to connect my shop to both Facebook and Instagram, and still no luck. I couldn’t get any help from the app developer either. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I’m still unable to get my shop connected. Definitely not recommended!

There are no features for editing and Customizing Shop of the Facebook or Instagram tab via Shopify. They do not work. Once inside the Commerce Manager the features do not appear. Those features for editing the shop, such as style or layout do not appear anywhere.

The app doesn't really connect, despite trying to connect it for months. Even after contacting facebook support there isn't anyone to contact, just a bunch of loophole links where you will miss a good 30 minutes of your life trying to find answers.

It keeps connecting to the wrong page!

Hours wasted trying to set things up & errors keep on popping up. Re-installed app various times & even this did not iron out the issues. From Pixel related issues, to catalogue not sync to domain issues...it's a battle not worth investing your time in.

I had so much issue installing this store on my Shopify. Had bugs. Both shopify and meta support kept bouncing the support to each other. In the end, i had to delete my account and install again because no one was helping and business was getting affected.

generally is difficult to use

This app is incorrectly coded and doesn't give an option to select which business manager to connect - it just assumes everyone only owns one. Confirmed with Shopify support. Fail.
