Hello, I'm confused about why my Instagram and Facebook accounts are under review. It's been like this for quite a while, and I don't understand why. I am unsure how to correct whatever issue you think there is. I have removed the man's swimwear from my store that you say is offensive! I don't understand what's offensive, as Facebook allows women's swimwear that shows much less! I want my restriction lifted from my account. I can not get anyone to respond to me. I have already missed selling for Mother's Day, and now Father's Day is coming up. My account shows no problems, so why can't I remove my restrictions?!

Absolutely a horrible experience trying to connect accounts. It constantly tries to add your personal account to your business on Shopify. The Facebook auth and connection process is garbage.

I'm prompted to connect my account on a weekly basis. I'm so frustrated with this and close to just removing it and giving up. nothing worked properly with this.

I'm not sure why the app keeps disconnecting my shop from Instagram and Facebook; however, it is now costing me money and we'll need to fix that ASAP before the losses get too much.

It is crAPP! They need to include debugging tools into their shopify app connection to give better information about what is not allowing catalogs, meta accounts, and other linkages that are necessary to facilitate creating a working store! They don't want you to use your Shopify account, Meta wants you to use their product catalog and derive it all from them. I and many others have been unable to connect our stores for years! With an "S".

This app is a glitchy, frustrating mess—just like everything else Meta puts out. Constant bugs, crashes, and an overall terrible user experience. Feels half-baked and poorly maintained. Disappointing.
