Too complicated, too many options, should have made it simpler, and then through experience adding more and more options for user. This is way too complicated for a beginner.

FB setup was fairly easy. The IG was more fussy. Wasn't clear what the eligibility requirements were or what changes needed to be made.

A bit complicated to use; especially if you are a beginner. You do need quite an extensive knowledge on Facebook and Instagram apps in order to get your head around it.

I use the app to sync with my shopify store. I like selling directly from FB and IG. I don't know why its connect to my FB personal page and not the Managed page. IG is connected to a page I manage.

I dont get to my target client. I find difficult to reach people I need. I recomend to try something different from Instagram
