no puedo conectar mi a mi tienda en facebook e instagram

I sell shoes and every item is rejected for size, even though I have it listed in the title and in the "size" input.

VERY VERY POOR, nothing will conect without hours of messing with settings, and once you think its figured out and working it stops.

no idea why its disabled and doesn't give recommendation on how to enable the shop

I keep submitting my info over and over and over again and it keeps getting rejected because the address isn't the same. Can a business not move during it's 16 years of operation? There is no way to convey what should be logic and common sense for you to figure out, especially in the case of the document I've provided. The document I provided is one that is like a social security card, you keep the original safe for your entire life. In this case, the document is kept the entire life of the business. There's no getting a 'change of address' for this document. You people suck because if there was a way to include a note regarding the fact that I keep submitting this over and over and you call would read that note, my shop would be producing more revenue through you stupid platform and you'd be making money on ads because I would likely to choose to create them at that point given I can fully sell on the platform. But if you all can't understand an FEIN form and the FACT that it has my original business address on it from 16 years ago when I opened the business and that is the reason it is not the same as my address 16 years later??? My goodness..... SMH

doesnt work

SO TERRIBLE! Unable to connect to Business page profile and META support is super slow or unable to resolve issues. Please fix bugs and improve UI in Meta business suite and such, theres too many access controls and too many confusing platform names and it's SO frustrating to navigate

This app is total trash, as is all of Meta's systems. Layer upon layer of settings, and nothing works. I'm going to try some other platform: Google Ad Words, Tik Tok, or X. Wow, I can't believe the level of junk this is, but I guess it makes sense because Facebook is also junk.

Wenn man auf Instagram einen Account einrichtet und diesen auf "professionell" setzt, wird das Konto gleich einmal für professionelle Nutzung gesperrt, ohne dass man irgend etwas falsch gemacht hat. Man kann den Instagram-Account dann deshalb nicht mit dem Facebook-Business-Profil und deshalb auch nicht mit dem dem Shopify-Shop verbinden. Das ganze heißt "etablierte Präsenz". Offenbar mus man zuerst einige tausend Follower auf Instagram haben. Also wenn man nicht bereits Instagram-Star oder Influencer ist, sondern einfach seinen Shopify-Shop verbinden will und "klein anfangen" will, bekommt man keine Chance. Facebook kann man einrichten, auch ohne tausende Follower. Warum nicht Instagram? Es ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man einen Weg sucht, seine Produkte einer breiten Öffentlichkjeit zugänglich zu machen, und dies dann verwehrt wird. Hier müsste Shopify etwas für seine Kunden tun, es ist auch im eigenen Interesse von Shopify, Umsatz zu generieren. Sehr, sehr ärgerlich wie Instagram kleine Shopify-Anfänger ausgrenzt.

The most terrible experience, First of all its not user friendly on top of it i have try to get approval and its seems like anti terrorist squad. it had become a nightmare just barely get approved to shop on instagram and Facebook.
