I have been locked out of my facebook for over a year and there is no live support - I have gone so far as to submit business records facial images for facial recognition and government issued id's. Nothing allows me access to my own account - so I have reached out to my congressmen and women's offices and sent documentation to show how this is effecting my ability to. Meta must do better to support - Shopify should assist as well.

Why do @MetaforBusiness @Meta give SMEs awful service despite big profits? Axed APAC high-value program in Covid. Why not offer great service to help us grow and boost your revenue too?

ich habe die App nach anweisung installiert und wollte mein Facebook verknüpfen wenn ich auf Connect Account klicke es tut sich nichts. ich habe die App deinstalliert und wieder installiert + cache gelöscht, tut sich immer noch nichts. mein shop hat kein Password und mein plan ist Basic support von meta zu erreichen ist wie alsob man in der Wüste verloren ist!

it is not shopify issue, but lots of bug and missunderstanding from Meta, and their support is bad, lie to me to get stars and good review, but nothing is get sorted.

Dear Metas, Despite making extensive revisions to my product descriptions—removing even legally permissible health claims—my products continue to be rejected. This has made it nearly impossible to advertise effectively on your platform. I adhere strictly to Swedish regulations, yet Meta’s policies seem to prevent me from communicating any meaningful information about my products. If compliance means I cannot describe the benefits at all, I am left with nothing to sell. As a result, I will be reconsidering my use of Meta as an advertising platform, as the constant rejections make it unreasonably difficult to conduct business. I would appreciate clear guidance on how to present my products without facing repeated rejections.

Why do we always have a problem with you about out products. You keep rejecting our product but you allow other companies have there product listed. With their product there is more sexual content and you can make our the models cock. Yet you reject ours for being overly sexual. Poor service on your end Meta.

2/14/25 - I am using this with a supplementary feed. I am showing product price in the images i am generating for the supplementary feed. The images update every time the product price changes. This Meta app is NOT keeping the items in sync on an hourly basis like it should. Meta support is obscenely slow and behind the times with their capabilities. Shopify customers deserve better customization and support. 2/26/25 - after being passed from one meta support person to the next, they finally got me over to their commerce manager team. I did a screen recording and gave them examples of products that were out of sync and they kept addressing the individual examples i gave them and not the root problem. After calling them out on this, they simply replied asking for another product example. They are completely incompetent. I am replacing this feed with something else. Meta support is pathetic.

Zaken moeten kopiëren in de code van je site, het zou automatisch moeten gaan. Adverteren zonder conversie, facebook en instagram vullen zakken maar regelen geen zaken.

AWFUL. Will not approve your store and there is no way to contact or request a review. All sorts of dead ends and no assistance. But they will take your money (in my case $400 in ad spend, but wont approve my store).

Virtually all integrations do not work or have serious issues. Pixel is unusable. Advantage+ is non-working.
