Easier than I thought. I hope this improves sales as stated. I will return with an updated additional star if its working.

Confusing, especially that it will not work with Firefox. Having a Facebook sales channel and an unsupported Facebook Shop is very confusing. It should be made more clearly that Facebook Shop has been replaced, at least that's how I'm looking at it. I hope I did not remove something that was needed.

I like the FB app and would recommend to use it for promotional purposes and commercial features. It is a big part of the complex but potential e-commerce and marketing world.

This process seemed easy. I haven't had the chance to review my Facebook store, so I am trusting that it worked like described

My phone number wouldn't work when trying to have my Two-Factor Authentication code sent to me, other than that its good and beneficial.

I've had a few issues loading some apps, but this one made it simply. I was thrilled. No unexplained errors or weird questions.

I find the continual changes at FB difficult to manage regardless of the platform being used with it

I think it was a bit confusing to set up, but I figured it out after some googling and reading different threads.

At this stage it seems like an easy way to set up an Instagram store. I still have more learning to do though.

The Facebook channel is a very nice update. I'm still in start up process but so far so good. I feel I will continue to enjoy the process. The integration was a little difficult I could connect all of my fb pages but I finally got it resolved.

I think FB app is great. It create alot of awareness for my business. Somehow I keep missing the alert from the messenger when people message me.

The facebook app was easy to install and set up. I've installed it before so not sure why my store disconnected but was quick to re set up.

Okay to use. Fairly easy to set up but a bit difficult to find the accept bottons - some at the top, some at the bottom. Needs consistency.

Very easy to use and setup. Took me about five minutes to set up both my Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Pretty straightforward, a little annoying that they're changing all the time so you have to redo everything, but I guess that's part of staying hip and cool.

It's good but been a lot of changes lately that have made it tough. I wish there was clearer and more direct communication.
