SO many bugs and it constantly logs me out and I am stuck on an infinite loop of connecting my facebook to my shopify store

Dear Meta, I'm giving you a 1 star review, because of 2 serious issues I have no opportunity to solve on my own through Meta on Shopify. Firstly, a product of mine - Bamboo Men's Briefs - keeps getting rejected, even after I have requested a review over the decision for my product to be rejected because of supposedly it not following Meta Commerce Policies. I do not see how Bamboo Men's Briefs could be in breach of Meta Commerce Policies, hence I kindly request for my product to be approved. Secondly, on the Instagram Shop Builder, there is this cover photo, which I did not choose to place there and I cannot replace it, nor can I remove it, as it is not associated with my brand Tough Muscles (I'm wearing a Tommy Hilfiger hoody and Calvin Klein tracksuit bottoms, which are clothes I have no intention of marketing). If you could be so kind, as to assist me in getting my Briefs approved, so I could start tagging Tough Muscles products on my Instagram reels and my cover photo removed from my Instagram Shop (or to let me know how to do that myself), I would be more than happy to leave another review, this time with 5 stars, describing my potentially positive experience in regards to getting my kind requests approved. I am extremely disappointed with Instagram and Facebook after two years of trying to address an ongoing issue with product visibility on my Facebook Shop and TikTok Shop. Despite countless attempts to contact support and resolve the issue, my products remain invisible to potential customers, significantly slowing down the growth and visibility of my brand. As a small business owner, I rely on these platforms to reach my audience, but their lack of responsiveness and failure to fix this problem has been beyond frustrating. Why is it so difficult to make products visible to the customers who want them? Their inefficiency and lack of support have caused unnecessary delays in my brand's growth, and it's deeply disheartening to see platforms that claim to empower small businesses fall so short in delivering on their promises. If Instagram and Facebook truly value their business users, they need to prioritize resolving these issues and providing the support we need to thrive.

Meta is always changing for the worse everything. Please, make a streamlined experience for advertisers and engineers. The experience with your business products is pure nonsense.

So many issues similar to other reviews. Now trying to contact support as Shopify shows this app as 'unsupported' so I cannot create a catalog for Meta Ads. Rubbish app considering the size of the company and the money they could make if it worked properly!

Seems like I am having the same problems as others... Have been waiting for the approval for weeks... The Shopify itself also mentions the developer of the app needs to update the version matches to the newest Shopify version of API which updates every 3 months... If this info is wrong, in any other ways around, please approve my Shopify account syncs with Facebook&Instagram...

I am not happy with how the app works, we've got separate stores per country with Shopify and one social account. The Facebook and Instagram account however can only be connected to one Shopify store and both several.

I am really disappointed as my Shopify account cannot show the catalogue in social media, Facebook and Instagram. It is under review for more than 4 weeks and I do not get any support.

Instagram has now disabled 2 of my business pages - No reason, They just pulled it down, I have now lost all my income as well as navigating cancer! Instagram is now the last resort for me
