There is a serious issue re the integration of Facebook/Meta verification for my store. I have now spent over 1 week trying to sort this and spent over an hour in a phone call with Meta direct via the Shopify 'Help'. Meta themselves claim whilst they reset all my details and asked me to resubmit the same impasse results so I am in an endless loop with a store that whilst the catalogue connects will not validate my FB and Instagram shopping links which without the store is worthless. I am left not knowing what to do?

es prácticamente imposible enlazar la tienda de shopify con instagram, llevo meses intentándolo y siempre hay algún problema

Super complicado hacer anuncios. De repente no te pilla el pixel de shopify, de repente no en cuentra el catalogo de instagram cuando si iba, etc. Fatal, haré anuncios en TikTok que es mucho menos complicado.

The Meta Business Suite is a nightmare and I'm having to hire a consultant to straighten it out. I can't link my facebook page for some unknown reason. I can't even log in half the time to Meta as there are 2 of us that are admins. Building campaigns, you can edit them but it won't take you back to where you left off. Overall, it's very difficult.

None of my stuff appears to sync correctly. The campaigns don't show up. It's kind of a mess.

Nothing works in Facebook. They make things very difficult and their websites have so many glitches. Their internal processes aren't designed to resolve normal issues that arise from running a business. It's always horrible dealing with Meta.

More than a month and it only says in store evaluation, I had not seen an app that seems to be validated one by one by a person.

The app prevents you from completing the setup if you're located in a country where Facebook Shop is not supported. As a result, it's not possible to set up the Meta Pixel properly, as the data sharing option remains inactive. If anyone has found a solution to this issue, please share. Thank you!

All the products synked with my shopify stores as been transferred but the main image is not the good one. I tried to delete them to re add them after and it is really difficult

Horrible. So glitchy! Products are approved and appear in one place but not another. Horrible interface that you can't update easily. THE WORST!!

such a slow service for reviews and when click on GET SUPPORT.. the meta pro team doesn't even know what they are doing and talking about. I just had a word with the META PRO TEAM and i was explaining her something and she started explaining me something which completely useless and doesn't even require that kind of information. Please fasten your reviewing process and have proper experts in the team who can understand the query and answer accurately and precisely.

2024: Shop hasn't been working for 6 weeks, now it's black friday. No support. We give meta 500k a year in ads. Shameful. Updated 2025: And now this year the integration stopped working (for the most part) and the pixel loads on and off. Support, as always, is completely useless. Meta is a disgrace.

Você não tem acesso. Esse recurso ainda não está disponível para você. Simplesmente parou de funcionar e exibe essa mensagem. Já tinha instalado em uma outra loja, porém nesta nova loja não funciona. Desinstalei da outra loja e o erro continua e o pior, não informa mais nada
