Meta is absolute garbage when it comes to customer service. I have been trying to connect my shop AND pay for ads for over a week. I have contacted support 2x per day at this point and still nothing. TRASH

The returns are a NIGHTMARE and have to be manually done

each time you have app update, mess my store

Not worth the $$ as i dont have the ability to tag products, i am relying on people seeing the ad, then going to my page to access my website. I have ran several and have not gotten a single sale.

i ma not able to recconect my catlog

Facebook & Instagram make it difficult to find my store as I can't connect it to my Facebook account that has all my friends, but had to start a "page" for my shop then not only do I have to grow my facebook account, but I then have to hope that all my friends will like my "page" and decide to follow that too so I have two Facebook accounts to manage instead of just one. My shop is completely invisible on Instagram, not searchable, not findable. I feel like this shopify app is a complete waste of money, not a single sale or view has come from this app.

Zero stars! App does not work and can't even find or connect shop on either site.

super confusing to use

the customize links for FB and Instagram shops don't work.

This app has completely failed. My entire store will no longer sync with Facebook ads. I've spent hours with their support team. They are as lost as I am in attempting to get the app to work.

App does not work properly. Items in shop show most expensive variants instead of cheapest. This is costing me sales. Have been trying to get help and no one from shopify or meta seems to be able to fix this.
