The app does a great job syncing products to Facebook and Instagram Shops, and running ads from Shopify is convenient. Pixel and catalog integration are helpful. Setup was a bit tricky at first, but once connected, it works well. Would love clearer onboarding steps.
Haven't used it since they commandeered checkout from merchants. It prevents upsells, free shipping bars, and other normal things you want to do with traffic to your store. Plus, you have to keep your shipping costs constantly updated in their app to match your actual in Shopify.
Insanely difficult to work with Meta/Facebook/Instagram. Terrible user interface, constant changes to functionality, workspace, awful communication about changes that affect verification, usability, location of admin functions, etc.

Lamentável que em Portugal não se consiga ter a loja na página do Facebook. Esta medida descrimina os negócios no país face a outros que dispõem dessa vantagem.
Annoying to have products rejected when they comply to meta guidelines. Also frustrating you cannot add bundled products for gift packages.
