Ich bin mit der Einrichtung nicht wirklich zufrieden, die Überprüfung zeigt mir ständig Fehler an die nicht richtig Erklärt bez. hingewiesen sind worum es sich Handelt. Zusätzlich gestaltet sich die Instagram Einrichtung sehr schwierig, nach meheren versuchen wurde erst die Email Akzeptiert. Im Hilfe Bereich würde ich mir mehr Kontakt wünschen. MfG Thorsten

Meta will deny all responsibility for everything that happens within their platform/tools. No accountability even if you outline every technical detail about the issues. They will simply forward the blame to everything else, the funny part is you can trick them into blaming something and they will tell you to reach out to the party at fault, and then reveal the thing they're blaming is owned by them. Then the support team will send you a contact form for escalations that serves a 500 response error as no one from support has ever tried to use it

Open a new webshop, and starting to build up facebook and instagram accounts etc. now to day log in to instagram and they have deactivated it? something about not real or trying to surpas rules. but HOW? its total new instagram account and your even approved it for shopping and got all documents, VAT business number etc. Setting up FB and IG has always been a pain and support has not been there for many years. same BOT that gives same answer al the time... if your BIG corp, no problem small or medium size.... forget it

For a $trillion company this is one of the worst apps i have ever dealt with. UPDATE- Looks like Shopify and Meta auto-synced all discount codes to FB Shops- so all of your Loyalty codes, etc got synced to Meta Shops - why would anyone in either dev team do that? Support is non existent, chat is terrible - either they do not know what is going on or they send you a Help page link. Simply put this Meta channel will not work with products that have multiple variants - like size AND color - unless you have a unique url for EVERY option If you use an app like Globo to set up color options it will not be recognized by FB or IG shops - so i would not bother. Also you will miss out on proper on site messaging like popups, cross sells, email collection, etc It was a massive waste of time for me and we ended up with lots of orders for bracelets of a certain size but no leather color - so no way to know what to ship. Truly shocking that Meta would outsource support to India or wherever - what are they copying Amazon??

Our Instagram shop can't accept any orders. Customers have called us and sent us screenshots of in-system cancelled order. They can only purchase by going straight to Shopify which makes it pointless for us to have Instagram at this point. Can't run ads because the purchases are cancelled if purchased.

How do you reach a real person??? It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to reach a human for help with my Facebook account. I've sent messages after messages just asking if someone could reach out to me to guide me to fixing the issues I am having. It has been over a year and still not one Facebook help support person contact me. So, now my accounts in limbo. And costing me money. Ps. I don't like TikTok really. But, easier to get customer support help there than Facebook. Which is ridiculous because of Facebook size and standing. " If I could get Facebook customer support a half of star I would. And that is being kind"

I am unable to connect my facebook store to shopify and only can connect instagram store to shopify. There is no option to select to connect facebook to shopify!

I don't believe it's possible to get this app to work. I've followed countless instructions, followed videos, googled it, asked Insta and FB no matter what I do it still ends up with the status as "In review". I don't mind that it's probably something I've done wrong. What I do mind is there's nowhere to find out what's wrong and how to put it right! Where's the help? Step by step instructions? Useless.

Meta is absolutely horrible when giving support for this app. Their support is horrible overall.

One of the worst platform to sell in Meta especialy since they stopped the shop on the Desktop computers and focused of Mobile only. Your ads on desktops becomes full of errors and missed links. Meta support is null!!
