App doesn’t work as described. Won’t finishing syncing my store. Support is literally NON EXISTENT, there is no way to contact anyone from Facebook to help. If I could give this app 0 stars I would.

It stopped working and no one will respond about getting help to try to fix it. It has been saying that the account is in review for over a month now when its supposed to take 24 hrs to reconnect. It sucks because I can't sell anymore using the platforms.

Our Facebook and Instagram account have been disabled for almost 2 weeks and we have done all the necessary steps to fix this issue. We have all the information required for our account submitted. We need to fix this issue so we can continue selling on Facebook and Instagram. No one has been able to help us with this ongoing issue.

My shops were approved today and were active. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it due to pixel issues and not being able to find the pixel attached to my store to create ads and while doing the installation I have been told that my shops have been disabled and I have not followed the community guidelines.

Horrible experience, its not intuitive and no instructions. One of the worst apps on Shopify. I am struggling to just do the basic setup and connecting my instagram with Shopify. They could have made it seamless but the apps seems too rigid and full of bureaucracy. I left few messages and no one called, so not an easy way to even get in touch with someone.

わかりにくい。 F&Q見ても何も解決につながらない。 個人のアカウントもハックされてから使用できないまま。 このアプリも急にアクセスできなくなってアカウントにログインできない。 使う以前に使いこなせない、全くユーザーフレンドリーじゃない。 最後の一点、 ずべて見にくい。

I was first able to update the shop, but then it said I don't have access. I can't actually see the store on my FB or Instagram page. When I searched items to update the shop (when I had access) it couldn't find my collections or products so I had to search them manually. Needs simplifying.

As a small business owner trying to navigate Meta's ecosystem, I'm beyond frustrated with the confusing maze of platforms, poor customer support, and lack of basic functionality. Here’s a breakdown of why Meta is absolutely failing at providing a coherent experience: Too Many Platforms, Too Little Logic I’m trying to use Meta Business, Meta Commerce, Instagram, and Facebook—all of which are supposed to be connected. But why do I need to juggle so many separate programs to manage everything? Nothing makes sense. You'd think with all these accounts supposedly linked, the whole point would be to simplify things. But no. Instead, it's a mess of overlapping functions and repeated logins. I have to constantly hop between platforms just to get basic tasks done. I would love to hear the reasoning behind this decision—was it discussed in a meeting or did it just happen because... why not? Seriously, how is this supposed to be more efficient? It’s mind-boggling. I’m the Owner, But I Don’t Have Access?! I’m the OWNER of my business, but for some reason, I don’t have full access to manage my own accounts. WHY?!! Why is it that I, the person with the most responsibility and oversight, can’t do basic things like edit my shop or add products? What’s going on over there, Meta? Are you actively trying to make this harder for people like me to succeed? Ridiculous. Where Did All the Support Go? I’ve been running into constant issues, and when I try to get help, I’m met with a bot or an agent who can’t actually help me. It’s always the same: "Can’t process this request." Well, if you’ve fired all your customer service agents, do you at least have some bots that work? Because right now, your system is just an endless loop of frustration with no real solutions. Do you even have coders left to fix these things, or are they all gone too? WHY?? Email Verification: Seriously?! Email verification doesn’t even work. I’m trying to verify my account and keep getting an error message. It’s 2024, and we’re still dealing with issues like this? How is this acceptable for a company of Meta's size? Come on, guys, fix the basics. No Access to Shop – How Am I Supposed to Run My Business? So, I can’t add products, I can’t edit my shop, and I can’t even tag my products in posts. No access. Again. I’m losing business because of this, and it feels like no one at Meta cares. I can't run an online shop if I can’t even manage the most basic things. Less Money, WAY More Problems Meta has made it clear that its priority is not its users. Between the broken features, lack of support, and overall chaos, I’m spending more time fixing problems than actually running my business. It’s costing me time, money, and sanity. All I can say is: fewer features, better features, Meta. Less really is more. If you're looking for a seamless experience to run your business, do NOT rely on Meta. At this point, the platform feels like it’s designed to frustrate, confuse, and waste your time. I really hope someone at Meta is paying attention—because this is not working.

Ich bin mit der Einrichtung nicht wirklich zufrieden, die Überprüfung zeigt mir ständig Fehler an die nicht richtig Erklärt bez. hingewiesen sind worum es sich Handelt. Zusätzlich gestaltet sich die Instagram Einrichtung sehr schwierig, nach meheren versuchen wurde erst die Email Akzeptiert. Im Hilfe Bereich würde ich mir mehr Kontakt wünschen. MfG Thorsten

Meta will deny all responsibility for everything that happens within their platform/tools. No accountability even if you outline every technical detail about the issues. They will simply forward the blame to everything else, the funny part is you can trick them into blaming something and they will tell you to reach out to the party at fault, and then reveal the thing they're blaming is owned by them. Then the support team will send you a contact form for escalations that serves a 500 response error as no one from support has ever tried to use it

Open a new webshop, and starting to build up facebook and instagram accounts etc. now to day log in to instagram and they have deactivated it? something about not real or trying to surpas rules. but HOW? its total new instagram account and your even approved it for shopping and got all documents, VAT business number etc. Setting up FB and IG has always been a pain and support has not been there for many years. same BOT that gives same answer al the time... if your BIG corp, no problem small or medium size.... forget it

For a $trillion company this is one of the worst apps i have ever dealt with. UPDATE- Looks like Shopify and Meta auto-synced all discount codes to FB Shops- so all of your Loyalty codes, etc got synced to Meta Shops - why would anyone in either dev team do that? Support is non existent, chat is terrible - either they do not know what is going on or they send you a Help page link. Simply put this Meta channel will not work with products that have multiple variants - like size AND color - unless you have a unique url for EVERY option If you use an app like Globo to set up color options it will not be recognized by FB or IG shops - so i would not bother. Also you will miss out on proper on site messaging like popups, cross sells, email collection, etc It was a massive waste of time for me and we ended up with lots of orders for bracelets of a certain size but no leather color - so no way to know what to ship. Truly shocking that Meta would outsource support to India or wherever - what are they copying Amazon??
