Ich kann mich nicht verbinden. Konto verknüpfen und nichts passiert. Werde es wieder deinstalliern.

Absoutely useless. Can't connect even though my FB and Instagram is set up correctly. And META customer service doens't exist.

not working

HORRIBLE A INSTALLER

Haven't gotten any sales

DIZEM QUE É RPECISO FAZER FAZER UMA AÇÃO NECESSÁRIA SÓ QUE ESTA AÇÃO É PARA CRIAR LOJA NO FACEBOOK E INSTAGRAM O QUE AQUI EM PORTUGAL NÃO PODE.

annoying product sync

Não consigo sintonizar a loja shopify com o facebook.

I can't do what I want with the shop set up.

Facebook is a multibillion dollar corporation but my META-VERIFIED account constantly gets flagged as a BOT account?? Out dated buggy features, staff have no idea how to help, I'm unable to submit information , unable to connect a Facebook page to my ad account and support tells me to wait, i wait and repeat and problem still occurs and they have no idea how to help. What a joke of a company.

Terrible app doesnt not help or make it easy to sync always gives errors and no help at all.......

Facebook makes it difficult if not IMPOSSIBLE to FIND, Locate & Talk to customers without having to dig through the back end to only accidently stumble across the tools they need to sell properly. EVERYTHING SHOULD GO THROUGH SHOPIFY!!! Facebook Shop is not set up properly. And most people do not ever end up seeing customer inquiries or orders half the time! It's annoying. Again - everythiong should go through Shopify!

Simply Terrible!

Facebook and Instagram shops do not work in Iraq.

unable to open help chat

When I try to connect my Facebook page to Shopify, I receive an error message stating that I am not the page account's admin. However, I am certain this is not true. Its very bad system and no any supporting for us.

The automated system doesn't recognize documents uploaded to verify your store. Get ready to spend HOURS trying to get anything sorted out. BIG PITA.
