Can't connect shopify and facebook, instagram. Been in-review for a couple of weeks. I've had a look and this is a common problem since 2022. Why it hasn't been sorted I don't know. Better off paying a bit extra for Wordpress or something simular.

Awful. Product hero images were generating at random - the back of a shirt, for example, would show as the hero image, while the same product would have the correct Hero Image when featured more than once. Live shop editor is trash. It doesn't show you the live preview while you are editing - like how Shopify does when editing your theme. I contacted support about the above and now my Facebook and Instagram shop are disabled. So - I am now losing money. Thanks, Meta!

We could not connect our shopify store to this app. Meta always returns with tons of unresolvable errors and there is no one to attend.

There's a problem with my app and it says 'Action Needed' but what action is needed? It doesn't tell me. I tried to get help and it said "Your chat is available in Messenger. You can open the chat if you have questions or need more support. Your case number is 26636240612688089." So I clicked "Open chat" and it opened a message window but it's completely blank. Do I wait for someone or begin the chat? I tried typing a message and it says "Couldn't send". Very very frustrating. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do.

Things dont stay connected, despite them being connected. Meta in general is bloated, hard to navigate and understand and impossible to get REAL support. Not. Worth. It.

I'm not being able to connect the app with my Facebook account, I'm receiving the message: "You don't have access. This feature isn't available to you yet." And I don't know how to solve the issue.
