Facebook & Instagram

It sucks bad I spent 55 minutes on tech help with no resolution. I can not edit or update my shop pages. Ive wasted hours trying to get this to work.
Instagram connection is great but the Facebook is not. I am only seeing recently added products and not the whole products in the catalogue.
disgusting and no help....I wish I could leave a negative one hundred review. We aren't some lying media corporation, just a mom and pop crystal jewelry company looking to get out products out there.
you have killed the link to my shops with this Meta
Literally broken for me. App settings are blank, and can't actually use it from Meta's end as product fixes and reverification is near impossible.
ZERO stars. Terrible. It has been awaiting approval for months now, and the link to manage the sales account is broken. There is no way to contact them, and no support is possible. They will not explain what can be done to have the store set up correctly. However, they happily allow you to run ads for any amount.
This is my fifth attempt to set up Facebook and Instagram for my Shopify site, and once again, it hasn’t been successful. The lack of support from Meta is truly disappointing—how can such a massive organization not provide proper assistance for its users? They expect us to invest in ads for marketing, yet we can’t even get our shop set up correctly. Our products are ready to sync and publish, but without adequate support, the process is unnecessarily frustrating. I can't see how we’d feel confident putting money into their ad platform when the basics aren’t working.
Absolutely rubbish, all the ai spam bots with no room for individual human recognition of the goodness in my product for humanity. My brand will be better off without paying for this dogs#@t
App won't load in a Firefox browser, multiple products incorrectly assessed by AI and rejected.
This app brings in one photo for each listing and it's a variation photo. Don't bother trying to change it, because it will just revert right back to the wrong one. The only advice I've received on how to fix this is to manually add the products to Meta...which defeats the whole purpose of even having it connected to Shopify.
Na het koppelen van de shop aan mijn Facebook account, krijg ik de melding dat ik geen toegang heb en dat de functie niet voor mij beschikbaar is.
not user friendly and a lot of restriction on the layout. Cannot add the bulk buy item in shop
sehr komplex und undurchsichtig.
Pessima , non riesco a sganciare il vecchio account instagram per mettere il nuovo e nessuno mi aiuta....
App no longer working. Keep getting error message. Uninstalled it, now can't reinstall. Hope someone from support will reply. Sigh!
Meta is not helpful and basically stealing money as they refuse to reimburse money credit that their UX pushed me to put on the "mother" account of the ad manager and which I can't use now since it is not connected to the shop and i can't make advantage + campaign. Meta makes sure any request for reimbursement, which they should comply to under EU law goes, to the void and that you are activeley discouraged to claim your rights. These are experiences like this that will start the demise of the all Meta, and push back people to offline. This is not a service your are providing, it's a stockholm syndrom. As per the app itself, in hindsight it did what it should have, only does not give me any freedom to allocate pixel from one shopify store to the "Mother" ad account, keep pushing me to the Facebook account I had to create for the specific business, I think you should be able to connect and select any Instagram or FB page associated under a main account, rather than these being considered separate containers
