No verifica ni identifica mi cuenta de Facebook e instagram con la de Shopify se queda en verificación.

There's a problem with my app and it says 'Action Needed' but what action is needed? It doesn't tell me. I tried to get help and it said "Your chat is available in Messenger. You can open the chat if you have questions or need more support. Your case number is 26636240612688089." So I clicked "Open chat" and it opened a message window but it's completely blank. Do I wait for someone or begin the chat? I tried typing a message and it says "Couldn't send". Very very frustrating. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do.

I have uploaded our business tax forms several times and this app will not let me link. I give up.

le temps d'attente pour la création de ma boutique facebook est interminable. le message "votre boutique est en cours de création, veuillez patienter..." sauf que ça dure des jours déja

Things dont stay connected, despite them being connected. Meta in general is bloated, hard to navigate and understand and impossible to get REAL support. Not. Worth. It.

Hello. I have tried several times to download and connect this app. Every single time I only get a blank screen with zero set-up options. There are no buttons to click, just a white, blank page. I'd show you a screenshot if I could share pictures on this review.

It was very complicated to set up Facebook for me, and after that, I got a message saying that in Europe is not working!

My Shop has been showing Under review for months now. I inquired about it and was told nothing we can do. Poor app support

terrible, all this account making garbage. forces you to make a facebook account, a page, even if you just want an instagram shop

Been waiting in review for weeks..

I'm not being able to connect the app with my Facebook account, I'm receiving the message: "You don't have access. This feature isn't available to you yet." And I don't know how to solve the issue.

5 months on shopify waiting for my review to be approve. i have a lot of followers and traffic on instragram and customer service said it only can be approved when i have followers and traffic on facebook, but my mainly customers are from instagram, so there is nothing i can do, and i really think its unfair not having facebook and instagram active on my Shopify because of this. very very upset with this

It doesn't work. My store has been under review for over a month despite all the items being approved and when trying to setup the store through the app, it crashes every time. Stuck with a business advertising through Facebook and Instagram which can't link its products etc...

I can't understand anything and been trying to connect for 8 months now.. very complicated.. bad instructions

Tengo comprado un dominio a mi nombre, validado etc... Según me dicen, perteneció a otro usuario en el pasado y parece que está baneado, no puedo recuperar ese dominio para usarlo en nuestras redes sociales. ¿Solución? Literalmente no hay, no pueden hacer nada. Así que nos tenemos que fastidiar y perder dinero en nuestra tienda.
