I was first able to update the shop, but then it said I don't have access. I can't actually see the store on my FB or Instagram page. When I searched items to update the shop (when I had access) it couldn't find my collections or products so I had to search them manually. Needs simplifying.

My personal account is suspended for some unknown reason, and there is no way for me to learn the reason, or remedy the situation. TERRIBLE

1) Why so many programs? Meta Business, Meta Commerce, Instagram, FB - that's just naming the ones I am trying to use. Does not make any sense - especially if all accounts are linked. So, explain this "man-made" decision as it is not effective, nor efficient - no one said anything at the meeting? Hopefully, it was said in Teams or an email. 2) I am the owner and do not have access - WWHHHYY? (in that voice) 3) If you termed all your Customer Service agents, don't you at least have bots? continually receive - "can't process this request" - BUT you're asking me - did you fire all the coders too? (WWHHHYY) 4) Email verification not working - seriously... 5) Not able to edit or add items to shop - No access 6) Unable to tag products - No shop or access - Less Money and WAY MORE Problems.
