Horrible, to many bells and whistles
overly complicated, terrible support, i had to set up a whole new meta account just to make this work because i got scammed on marketplace 3 years ago and my account was flagged.. only using it because i have to reach more customers. painful experience so far and i have barely touched the sides of this rubbish. so many menus and sub-menus you can tell its made by people who are not working in a coherent team to achieve a polished product that works seamlessly for the benefit of the user. instead we have been left with a labrynth of menus and dead end troubleshooting articles to become a full time job just to promote a business on their platform. junk
Shit app ever, not measuring purchase conversion and also no support provided by the team, worst experience from this app.
Not user friendly, anything meta is difficult and makes you jump through 40 mazes and hoops to get nowhere!!!
Horrible! Is the best way to my experience. Unable to get deleted stock removed. Also information is not automatically updated to Instagram.

No marketplace automatic listing, no adequate rejection policy then decline collectable not circulated coins and notes, no automatic listing on your Facebook page, and no automatic listing in the groups.
very poor...still getting pop up on verification even after it has taken place

Blev hackad av ett kinesiskt bolag, förlorade all åtkomst, därtill spenderade de större summor på mitt kort Har sedan dess försökt att få hjälp med att få tillbaks access, dock utan resultat. Endast bottar som svarar med samma autosvar, du fastnar i en loop utan någon som helst hjälp.
Still lots of complication listing a simple product and Meta page is extremely complicated and not user friendly for customers. Dynamic or this and that...etc. It should be simple shopping platform for ALL! I already lost almost $1,000 for the weird and non-working, full of glitches and nonsense platform issues that help desk couldn't even fix it. My money is non refundable and there is no way that I could carry this issue to an account manager properly to discuss. Also it is not helping sellers to generate decent profit, what comes goes for advertisement. Disappointing and discouraging. I'm not even seeking an update since meta steals hardly earned seller money under the name of "advertisement" and "unknown account issues"

Extremely buggy. I've had to reconnect my shop countless times. (It often flags innocuous items like "black geometric earrings" as obscene and not able to be sold.
I've had a horrible experience so far. It was so confusing and because i have 3 face book and Instagram accounts it got even messier when it came down to user rolls and assigning assets. Also, The business manager and the commerce manager and the add manager is toooooo much. Also the shop.. No ne knows how to find it. No ONE!. Not user friendly at all and you basically need a User manual to operate it.
