very hard to use- bad ux

HORRIBLY COMPLICATED

its been more than 2 moths since i started the process of connecting my shopify store to instagram and i havent been able, its in the process of validation but hasnt moved since.

The worst experience I've ever had with any company! I have been locked out of my account for over 8 months now. I've submitted all the required documents for a business dispute, and I've received absolutely no help since I submitted them. I even went as far as getting Meta Verified through my personal account in hopes I could get more help to recover my business account, and nothing! This is hurting my business as my website's domain is still linked to the old account I'm unable to access, therefore, I cannot link it to the new account I've setup. I've begged for help! I've opened multiple tickets trying to get this resolved, but FaceBook cares nothing about you or your small business. They have forgotten where they come from and could care less about you! So, now you just take my money for my monthly subscription, and I get nothing in return! I can't tag any of my products when posting on my social media accounts because I cannot verify my domain - because it's still linked to my old account! It's like adding salt to the wound when I've done everything that's been asked of me, but FaceBook won't follow through on their end!

Their statistics show that the number of orders made through their ads is 3 to 10 times higher than the total number of orders on the site. Their support is the most useless thing in the world; I’ve been corresponding for a month and, apart from stupid responses like ‘third-party statistics may differ,’ I haven’t heard anything else.

Doesn't work. When I log into Facebook it tells me I don't have access to this feature yet. I've tried switching over to my FB business page and then logging in from Shopify but it tells me I have to switch back to my personal account first.

Is it working in India. For our shop its not working. I need help in setting up this. Thanks

Orders from Facebook are constantly flagged as fraudulent by Shopify.

The verification process takes more than two months without any update. If i ask at customer service, tell me that iam a new business and dont have enough follower in order to sell on ig and fb

I understand that certain data needs to be exchanged between my Shopify site and Meta in order to facilitate a purchase. However, like almost every app on this platform - there is no reason an app needs to have access to all of my customer data and more. If I sell 5,000 products and only one order on Facebook, why do they get access to the 4,999 other customer's data? I think too many times folks click through all the 'Accept' buttons and never have a clue that they are opting to literally share all of their customer's private data with a 3rd party. I have a privacy policy that states I will not share customer details with 3rd parties...and I'm going to stick with that.

No way to display Facebook Shopping in my page.

The link between the three apps are poor. I wish that, whenever I have a new product, the listings will automatically reflect to Instagram and Facebook apps. Its so annoying to have to go into the separate page within shopify, add my new product, then to have it approved. If these were auto connect, I would rate 5 star and be a forever loyal user.

TERRIBLE! I have had issues that haven't been fixed with Meta for almost 5 years! VERY expensive, no conversions, no help!
