It says that my accounts are already connected to a shopify store. I'm not sure what that is about, but I cannot figure out how to even disconnect the accounts. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but it still will not let me select my meta accounts.

horrible. Extremely inefficient system, with massive connection gaps in its service. Incredibly unintuitive to use, and has caused me to lose thousands of dollars in sales due to its challenging process to set up.

My store is rejected for no reason, none provided and no review process available.

Verification of products and store are very bad, I respected all the Policy and Terms Of Services, yet I had a lot of problems verifying them. Also for the store it has been weeks and still in review, so I can't post ads. Most problematic thing if you do dropshipping is Facebook. Sent numerous email and never got a reply. Very bad service and poor experience.

Dealing with Facebook has been overly complicated due to numerous nonsensical prohibitions, bans, and restrictions, making it impossible to use as a reliable platform. As an ordinary jewelry shop, I have been treated like a drug dealer due to their excessive algorithmic detections. I am truly exhausted from trying to cope with this and have decided to give up after five years of constant frustration.

How this is "popular with businesses in Greece" if the stores for meta are no longer available in Greece? The Facebook and Instagram shops are no longer available in our country. I have downloaded this app to use it for the Facebook adverts to promote my e-shop collections on Meta platform these products i have it also in physical stores. How we suppose, will advertise our products in Greece local stores from our shopify e-shop, if the Facebook & Instagram are not in reality available in Greece region Businesses? How i will advertise my product and directed to e-shop for prices and specifications of the products i post to promote my local store?

Can't get the app to connect to facebook page and there is no support at all for this problem

I have attempted to get the shop button to appear on my facebook page with no luck. there seems to be a disconnect issue.

i would rate this app a minus 5 if i could.. ive tried and tried to link m shop and page, spent 4hrs on the phone, paid someone, nothing..fb uses fake profiles for adds. you add says its been shown 1000 times but when you investigate you can clearly see there showing it to fake profiles to reach the required number of views..i read a reddit forum esterday that was ver lengthy about how we now believe 95% of fb adds are scammers.. that deletes the need to advertise on fb..

Não consigo mais sincronizar os produtos da minha loja para o Meta. E excluir o app do SHOPIFY é impossivel
